環球購物中心哺集乳室使用者之空間印象與綜合態度關係研究

dc.description.abstract近年台灣隨著時代的轉變,進而影響了產業結構及人口結構,又加上少子化的衝擊,所以每位小孩都是家長手中寶貝,所以當星期假日來臨時不少家長都會帶著小朋友到外頭走走逛逛,百貨公司幾乎成為家長們首選地方,因為減少下雨天無法出門的困擾。本研究之目的在探討哺集乳室使用者對購物中心哺集乳室空間印象重視程度,及環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室滿意程度及綜合態度之間的關係。 本研究採訪談與問卷調查方式,以去過環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室使用者為研究對象,深入探討使用者對哺集乳室空間印象的重視程度以及環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室滿意度與綜合態度的關係。透過Backer(1987)根據環境心理學的研究,將哺集乳室中區分設計因素、環境因素、服務因素並研擬出哺集乳室空間印象項度。本研究根據訪談及文獻分析,將環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室空間印象分為「A獨立集乳室」、「B固定式尿布檯區」、「C茶水區」、「D育兒空間」、「E整體空間」、「F服務因素」等六個構面,對環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室使用者進行問卷調查,共發出152份問卷,有效問卷共計152份,並以SPSS電腦統計軟體進行分析,研究結果發現: 1.依據問卷測量結果,哺集乳室使用者最重視的哺集乳室空間印象前三名為:「A-A-2獨立集乳室清潔」、「A-D-2育兒空間清潔」及「A-A-4獨立集乳室氣味」。而環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室使用者感到滿意的空間印象前三名為:「B-E-15地板無階梯」、「B-A-17獨立集乳室緊急呼叫鈴」及「B-A-13獨立集乳室內部上鎖裝置」。綜合態度部分最高的前三名為:「C-E-15地板無階梯(適合推車進入)」、「C-A-2獨立集乳室清潔」及「C-A-13獨立集乳室-內部上鎖裝置」。 2.以構面來看,哺集乳室使用者最為重視與最為滿意的空間印象及綜合態度得分最高的構面為「B固定式尿布檯區」。將空間印象與服務因素綜合的結果比較發現,使用者最滿意的前三名為「B-F-6方便聯繫相關服務人員」、「B-F-4可快速補齊物資」、「B-F-3易找到哺集乳室位置」。 3.哺集乳室個人屬性對哺集乳室空間印象「重視程度」中,皆無顯著差異。而在「滿意程度」方面,不同的「教育程度」組別對「F服務因素」有顯著差異。 4.環球購物中心中和店哺集乳室使用者空間印象重視程度、滿意程度、綜合態度與服務因素相關分析,透過Pearson相關分析,發現哺集乳室使用者對哺集乳室空間五個構面的重視程度、滿意程度及綜合態度與服務因素,皆呈現顯著正相關。 5.在哺集乳室規劃設計上建議地板為無階梯設計,因為考慮嬰兒車的使用方便性,固定式尿布檯安全設計上也要加強,避免尖角產生造成嬰幼兒在換尿布過程受傷,獨立哺乳室的上鎖設計規畫建議用門鎖或鎖扣式,使使用者在進行哺乳過程是安心使用,以及逃生動線規劃上也須考慮到順暢及行走的寬度。zh_TW

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the importance of breastfeeding room users' impression of the space in the breastfeeding room of the shopping mall, and the satisfaction degree and overall attitude of the breastfeeding room of Zhonghe Store in the Global Shopping Center. The interview and questionnaire survey in this research take users who have been to the nursing room of Zhonghe Store in Global Shopping Mall as the research object, and discuss in depth the degree of importance users place on the impression of the breastfeeding room and the nursing of Zhonghe Store in Global Shopping Mall. The relationship between the satisfaction of the milk collection room and the overall attitude. Through Backer (1987) based on the research of environmental psychology, the nursing room was divided into design factors, environmental factors, and service factors, and the spatial impression items of the nursing room were developed. A total of 152 questionnaires were sent out. SPSS computer statistical software analyzed and found that: 1. According to the survey results of the questionnaire, the top three impressions of breastfeeding room space most valued by breastfeeding room users are: "A-A-2 independent breastfeeding room clean", "A-D-2 childcare space clean" and "A-A- 4The smell of the independent milk collection room." The top three impressions of space that users of the nursing room in Zhonghe Store of Global Shopping Center are satisfied with are: "B-E-15 floor without steps", "B-A-17 independent breast-collecting room emergency call bell" and "B-A-13 independent Locking device inside the milk collection chamber". The top three with the highest comprehensive attitude are: "C-E-15 floor without steps (suitable for carts)", "C-A-2 independent milk collection room cleaning" and "C-A-13 independent milk collection room-internal locking device" . 2. In terms of dimensions, the most important and satisfactory space impression and overall attitude of the breastmilk collection room is "B Fixed Diaper Area". Comparing the results of spatial impression and service factors, the top three users most satisfied with are “BF-6 convenient for contacting related service personnel”, “BF-4 can quickly fill up supplies”, and “BF-3 is easy to find the location of breastmilk collection room." 3. There is no significant difference in the "attention" of the personal attributes of the breastfeeding room to the impression of the breastfeeding room space. In terms of "satisfaction," different groups of "educational levels" have significant differences in "F service factors". 4.Through Pearson correlation analysis found that the user impressions of Global Mall Zhonghe breastmilk collection room show a significant positive correlation with the importance of the dimensions, the degree of satisfaction, and the overall attitude and service factors. 5. In the planning and design of the breastfeeding room, it is recommended that the floor be designed without steps. Because of the convenience of the stroller, the safety design of the fixed diaper table should also be strengthened to avoid sharp corners and cause injuries to infants during the diaper changing process, and breastfeed independently It is recommended to use a door lock or a lock type for the lock design plan of the room, so that the user can use it with peace of mind during the breastfeeding process, and the smoothness and width of the escape line must also be considered.en_US
