Abstract

學校行政在實現教育目標和貫徹教育政策方面扮演著至關重要的角色,並與教師的教學工作相輔相成,直接影響著教育品質和學生成長。本研究旨在探討偏鄉小型學校推動區行政優化之成效,以新竹縣關西區所執行的合作模式計畫為例。透過文件分析、焦點團體座談和個別訪談等方式收集資料進行探討。本研究結論如下:一、小型學校面臨著諸多行政挑戰二、領導人共識為合作首要步驟 三、溝通與理解為促進合作的關鍵 四、合作模式為學校帶來積極影響 五、計畫須持續修正與調整 六、合作模式具備推廣潛力 本研究亦針對教育主管機關、學校行政人員、學校教師及未來研究,提出了相關建議,以期為未來偏鄉小型學校推動行政優化提供參考,促進教育的實質改變。
School administration plays a crucial role in achieving educational objectives and implementing educational policies, complementing the teaching efforts of teachers and directly impacting the quality of education and student development. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of administrative optimization in small rural schools, using the cooperative model program implemented in the Guanxi District of Hsinchu County as a case study. Data was collected through document analysis, focus group discussions, and individual interviews. The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Small schools face numerous administrative challenges.2.Consensus among leaders is the first step in cooperation.3.Communication and understanding are key to promoting cooperation.4.The cooperative model has a positive impact on schools.5.The program requires continuous adjustment and refinement.6.The cooperative model has the potential for broader application.This study also provides relevant recommendations for educational authorities, school administrators, teachers, and future research, aiming to serve as a reference for future efforts to optimize administration in small rural schools and promote substantial changes in education.
