高職學生職業道德觀念之研究

Abstract
近年來,由於經濟發展、社會變遷,給予個人價值觀念很大衝擊,帶來不少社會問題:諸如賄選事件,環境污染、偷竊搶劫、奢侈風氣。各類詐欺、仿昌盗印、偷工減料、經濟犯罪、勞資不協調等...這些現象就是缺乏職業道德觀念所造成的,是以實施職業教育,必須正視青年的職業道德問題。我國實施職業教育以來,就很重視學生職業道德之培養,職業學校法第一條規定:職業學校依中華民國憲法第一百五十八條之規定,以教授青年職業智能,培養職業道德,養成健全之基層技術人員為宗旨。足見高職職業教育之目的,是注重基層技術人才教育,在傳授青年各行各業之實用知識技能,同時培養青年職業道德與服務人生觀,以奉獻社會,而達人盡其才,並促進社會的進歩,職業道德教育的推展,確屬必要。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate whether senior vocation school students have proper concepts of vocational ethics in 12 fields:responsibility, job─respect, law─abiding, honesty and credit, service, incorruptibility, industry and thrift, secret─keeping, cooperation, punctuality, enterprise and autonomy. This research is also conducted to find out whether these concepts constitute differences among different schools, classes, grades and sexes, and whether they influence the records of the students regarding the ir moral conduct and school achievements, with the hope of submitting the report to the conference to improve the education of vocational ethics. The methods of this research are adopted emphatically by both analysis and investigation, and the objects of this research are 627 studnets chosen from eight senior vocational schools, both business and technival. The materials of this research are the questionnaires edited by the researcher on the occupational ethics concepts for senior vocational schools, and the research analysis and statistics are adopted by mean test, percentile test, single factor analysis of variance and product─moment correlation. The principle discovered of this research are inducted into the following five points:1. The persons or matters that influence the vocational ethics of senior vocational students, stated in order, are parents, teachers, friends(schoolmates), employers, textbooks, newspapers and magazine, colleagues, brothers and sisters, telecast, community members, and elders. Obviously, parents cast the greatest influence, and elders the least. 2. In terms of occupational ethics, vocational students who were investigated consider it very important in the following sequence:responsibility, honesty and credit, law─abiding, punctuality, job─respect, incorruptibility, secret─keeping, enterprise, cooperation, industry and thrift, service, and autonomy.
