國中運動代表隊實施觀功念恩之行動研究—以台北縣立蘆洲國中男子籃球隊為例

Abstract
本研究旨在透過行動研究探討運動代表隊實施觀功念恩課程後,分析球員於找功德、學念恩的學習情形,探究實施過程中,所遇到的問題及可行的解決方法。本研究以台北縣立蘆洲國中男子籃球代表隊為研究對象,實施時間從民國九十九年三月至五月共計12 週,並於每週一實施二節體驗活動與影片賞析等課程。研究期間運用觀功念恩檢核表、正向思考檢核表、學生學習單、研究者教學日誌、家長回饋、成長札記等資料,以評估球員學習成效,本研究經資料分析後,獲致的結論如下:
一、實施觀功念恩有助於運動代表隊的訓練態度。
二、實施觀功念恩課程後,有效提升球員學習找功德(觀功)。
三、實施觀功念恩課程後,有效提升球員學習學念恩。
四、實施觀功念恩課程後,有效提升球員的正向思考情緒。
最後,研究者根據本研究結論,對實施觀功念恩課程及未來研究提出
一些具體建議。

This study primarily conducts the course of Observe Merits and Appreciate Kindness (OMAK) to explore the situation of the sports team by applying the approach of action research, and tries to solve the problems that meet in the process of conducting. The participants in this study are men’s basketball team of Lujhou junior high school in Taipei. The study lasts twelve weeks from March to May in 2010, and it spends two periods on activity experience and film appreciation on every Monday. The research data are collected from the OMAK checklists, charts of positive thinking, sheets of students’ learning, teaching diary of researcher, parent’s respondence, growth diary of players, and so on. They are used to evaluate the effects on player’s learning. Consequently, the findings in this study are shown below: 1.The approach of OMAK could benefit sports team in terms of training attitudes. 2.The course of OMAK could effectively promote player’s ability of observing merits. 3.The course of OMAK could effectively improve player’s ability of appreciating kindness. 4.The course of OMAK could advance in positive thinking of players.
