Abstract
本研究中，研究型大學係指擁有研究所教育、豐富的圖書及實驗設備、領導各學門研究的師資陣容以及高素質的研究生，並且能透過多方管道爭取經費之大學校院；且應達到研究型大學指標判定結果在水準以上的校院。本研究透過文獻探討結果依據「輸入—過程—輸出」模式初擬指標，並採德懷術研究法進行研究，根據文獻探討及德懷術實徵研究結果，提出研究結論及相關建議。
In the study, the ” research university” means the university which own graduate school education, rich book collection, experimental equipment, the teachers of leading each department of studies, high quality graduate students, and to get expense through diversified ways. Research university should reach the stander which research university indicators. The study through the conclusion of discussions and according”input-process-output” pattern to identify indicators, and research by Delphi technique. Finally, to base on the conclusion of this study and Delphi technique experiment, the researcher provided the research conclusions some related suggestions.
