影響公立高職ㄧ級主管行政績效因素之研究

Abstract

摘 要 本研究以我國公立高職教師為研究母群體進行抽樣調查,旨在探討影響公立高職教師兼任一級主管行政績效因素之構面及衡量指標,並提出公立高職教師兼任一級主管行政績效指標調查表,以供我國公立高職學校在評鑑教師兼任一級主管行政績效時之參考,以期能有效提升我國公立高職學校之行政績效。 研究中發出調查問卷1056份,回收有效問卷為937份,有效問卷回收率為89%。整理問卷調查所得之數據,以SPSS之教育統計軟體,進行因素分析、克朗巴克(Cronbach)α係數值分析、變異數分析(oneway ANOVA)、t考驗,以及薛費(Scheffe)法做事後比較等統計分析。經因素分析與克朗巴克α係數值分析後,共得到影響公立高職教師兼任一級主管行政績效因素五個構面及57個衡量指標。五個構面分別為:行政知能、經營管理技術、人際互動、教學經營、制度環境等構面。 本研究經資料分析與整理之後,發現行政知能構面之特徵值最高,表示公立高職教師普遍認為此構面之各衡量指標,最能影響一級主管行政績效之因素。其次為經營管理技術構面、人際互動構面與教學經營構面,而制度環境構面則為最低的影響構面。因此,建議一級主管應有適當的行政知能訓練,以提升學校的行政效率與教學效率。 關鍵字:一級主管、行政績效、影響因素、衡量指標
Abstract In order to probe the dimensions and measurements indicators of influential factors of the administrative accountability on senior executive of public vocational high schools, this research uses questionnaire survey to the teachers at public vocational high schools in Taiwan, to develop an indicator table for checking senior executives’ administrative accountability of public vocational high schools. Furthermore the results of this research were suggested to the public vocational high schools for further use to improve the school administrative management and performance. We collected raw data from teachers of the public vocational high school, the total sampling size was 1056, and the total number of effective questionnaires was 937, the effective response rate was 85.2%.Based on the effective retrieving data , the SPSS statistical methods of factor analysis, oneway ANOVA, t-test, Cronbach α reliability test, Scheffe method for posteriori comparisons were used to analyze objects’ concepts. After factor analysis, there were 5 factor dimensions and 57 evaluative indicators influencing administrative accountability on senior executive of public vocational high schools. The results of this study showed that the highest eigenvalue among all factors is administrative knowledge. It means most teachers felt administrative knowledge is the most important factor being a senior administrative. Then goes leadership of management, interpersonal relationship and teaching performance. The lowest influencing factor is the environment and educational system. It is therefore recommended that senior executive should have appropriate administrative knowledge training to improve their administrative efficiency.
