體驗教育課程對大學新生團隊合作能力影響之研究

Abstract

本研究探討體驗教育課程對大學新生團隊合作能力之影響,研究方式採用質量混和,量化研究透過團隊合作量表檢視體驗教育課程對團隊合作能力的影響,與質性心得分析相互對照,並透過質性心得分析體驗教育課程影響團隊合作能力的因素。本研究結果如下:大學新生在經過體驗教育課程後,「領導能力」分數顯著下降;「人際能力」平均分數提升,但未達顯著影響;「適應能力」、「決策能力」及「溝通協調能力」分數較課程前有顯著影響。體驗教育課程在團隊合作能力上的影響包含:願意發揮力量幫助團隊、學到如何與他人溝通、提升面對逆境的心態、能夠評估現況並透過經驗尋找新方法、適性分配分工任務。 建構有效提升大學新生團隊合作能力的體驗教育課程設計因素包含:不熟悉的環境、有挑戰性的活動、賦予團隊成員任務、創造友善的互動氛圍、反思成功的原因。
The purpose of this research was to explore the influencing factors of experiential education of teamwork skills to college freshmen. This study used mixed research design both in quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative research examined the impact of experiential education courses on teamwork skills through the teamwork questionnaire, and compared it with qualitative experience analysis. The factors influencing teamwork skills of experiential education courses are analyzed through qualitative experience. The results of this study are as follows:After the experimental group went through the experiential education course, the score “leadership competency” decreased significantly; the average of “interpersonal competence” improved, but did not have a significant impact; “adaptability”, “decision-making competency”, and “communication and coordination competency” had significant effects compared with those before the course.The impact of experiential education courses on teamwork skills includes: willingness to exert strength to help theteam, learning how to communicate with others, improving the attitude of facing adversity, being able to assess the current situation and find new methods through experience, and assigning tasks appropriately.To design factors of experiential education course that can effectively improve the teamwork skills of college freshmen include: unfamiliar environment, challenging activities, assigning tasks to team members, creating a friendly interactive atmosphere, and reflecting on the reasons for success.
