汽車修護人員專業能力發展之研究-功能分析法取向

Abstract

本研究旨在建立汽車修護人員專業能力功能圖，經由功能分析法 以「工作能力模式」，探討汽車修護人員對國家社會的貢獻，並發展汽 車修護人員專業能力功能圖；並進一步發展專業能力功能圖效度驗證 模式，以實際職場能力需求進行汽車修護人員專業能力功能圖的效度 驗證，為後續專業能力標準架構發展之依據。其研究目的為：一、建 立汽車修護人員專業能力功能圖。二、發展汽車修護人員專業能力功 能圖效度驗證模式。三、驗證汽車修護人員專業能力功能圖之內容效 度。 本研究分析之主要結論如下： 一、由功能分析法所發展之汽車修護人員專業能力功能圖，其中包含 一項關鍵目的、三項主要功能、十項次要功能以及四十一項功能 單元。由功能圖可發現汽車修護人員專業能力需求所涵蓋的層面 廣泛，其中包含專業技術能力、管理偶發事件能力、管理不同工 作活動能力以及管理工作環境能力。與國內以往的專業能力分析 有明顯不同。 二、由汽車修護人員的能力需求可發現，汽車修護市場的轉變，由傳 統的「技術業」轉型為「技術服務業」，其中包含了「人與車、車 與技術、技術與環境、環境與人之互動關係」，並符合「技術服務」 之範疇。 三、由專業能力功能圖效度驗證模式可獲得，「功能分析法」以「工作 能力模式」分析專業技術能力，能符合真實職場能力需求，綜合 而言「功能分析法」進行能力分析所獲得的能力生命週期較長， 可靠性較高，且能注重當下產業的能力需求之外，還可以考量未來的發展。 四、本研究所採用的能力分析方法，可提供國內在發展專業能力標準 及汽車修護行業在人力培訓上之參考。 最後本研究針對技職教育方面、職業訓練方面、職業證照方面以 及汽車業者方面等提出四項建議。The main purpose of this study was to develop the Functional Map of Automotive Technicians by applying the job competence model of functional analysis. By the way, the contributions of the automotive technicians were studied, too. The valid verified models for functional map would therefore been carried out and practiced in the work. It was believed that the model could be a foundation for future development of assessment for professional competency of automotive technicians. For the more this study have these objectives: 1.establishing professional competency functional map for automotive technicians. 2.developing the efficiency certification model for the functional map. 3.validating the contents validating of the functional map. The following conclusions have been obtained by this study. 1. One key purpose, three main functions, ten sub functions and forty-one function units are consisted in the functional map which developed by applying functional analysis method. It can be found that the prospects for technician competencies including technical expectations, managing contingencies, managing different work activities and managing the interface with the work environments. This result was quite different from those of traditional functional analysis. 2. It was also found that the market trait of automotive repair has been transformed from the traditional maintenance technique to technical service industry that contains some relations such as interactions of human and car, car and technology, technology and environment, environment and human. This change fulfilled the quisitions of technical service of this industry. 3. The assessing functional map has lead to a finding that the job competency model of functional analysis method could provide near work environment professional competency in the industry. The method would give a longer life circle of the competency and also include the consideration of future development. 4. The functional analysis method adopted by this study would be applied to be an important reference for developing standards of assessing the competency of automotive technician and on the training of automotive technicians in Taiwan. Finally, based on the findings we have given four ggestions on the fields of technology education, professional training, professional certificates, and the industry of automobile.
