台灣LED產業新產品開發績效指標之研究
Abstract
台灣LED產業為一新興產業,唯過去少有學者針對LED產業進行新產品開發績效指標之研究,故本研究建構一套新產品開發績效指標,以提供台灣LED產業新產品開發之參考。
本研究根據國內外文獻,彙整出五大構面與二十三項指標,在第一階段修正式德菲法共發出18份專家問卷,回收9份,專家一致刪除2項指標,加入「產品良率」一指標,第二階段層級分析法,發出9份專家問卷,回收9份,計算績效評估指標之構面權重值,以及指標項目的權重值,從權重值得知重要性排序。
研究結果顯示,「客戶市場」權重值為38.0%、「公司策略」權重值為26.6%、「財務目標」權重值為18.0%、「技術程序」權重值為10.2%、「專案控管」權重值為7.3%,此五個構面又細分為二十二項指標項目。本研究之新產品開發績效指標,提供台灣LED產業參考,分析結果也可為相關業者所採用。
Taiwan’s LED industry is an emerging industry. However, only few scholars have tried to investigate the performance indicators in Taiwan’s LED industry. This research results would be served as a foundation for Taiwan’s LED industry new product development. Based on theory and related references, this study proposed five dimensions and twenty-three indicators. In the first stage, the study applied Modified Delphi method to collect experts’ opinions and built up the performance indicators scale. In the second stage, the study applied analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight value of dimensions and indicators. From the feedback of these experts, the weight value of five dimensions are as following: customer market (38.0%), corporate strategy (26.6%), financial goals (18.0%), Technical procedures (10.2%),and project management (7.3%). Thereare twenty-two performance indicators superior to the five dimensions of new product development. The results can be practiced in LED industry, furthermore, the analytic framework can also be reliable reference for related industries.
