Abstract
  本研究旨在探究臺北縣市國中體育教師對教師專業發展評鑑之意見,瞭解體育教師對教師專業發展評鑑實施內涵認同情形與知覺實施評鑑困難情形,分析不同背景變項之體育教師對上述看法之差異情形,並依據研究結果提出具體的建議以作為實施教師專業發展評鑑之參考。   本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「臺北縣市國中體育教師對教師專業發展評鑑實施意見之研究調查」問卷量表做為研究工具,研究對象為臺北縣市公立國中體育教師,共發出576 份問卷,回收為97%。研究調查所得之資料進行平均數、標準差、t 考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、並以雪費法進行事後比較等統計方法分析討論,獲致以下結論: 一、臺北縣市國中體育教師對教師專業發展評鑑實施內涵之認同情形傾向同意。 二、教師專業發展評鑑內涵層面以配套措施認同情形最高,評鑑目的最低。 三、知覺實施教師專業發展評鑑困難以「缺乏一套公正客觀的評鑑規準」最高。 四、臺北縣市國中體育教師在性別、年齡、職務、年資、學歷、是否曾參與評鑑 等變項,對教師專業發展評鑑內涵認同情形上有差異。 五、臺北縣市國中體育教師在性別、年齡、職務、年資、學歷、學校規模、是否 曾參與評鑑等變項,對知覺實施教師專業發展評鑑困難符合情形上有差異。   最後根據以上研究結論,分別對教育主管機關、學校、教師及未來研究分別提出相關建議,以供參考。
  This research aims to investigate junior high P.E.teachers’ opinions on Teacher Educati on for Professional Development in Taipei County and examine P.E. teachers’ recognition and implementation of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development. Various opinions of P.E. teachers from different backgrounds are analyzed and suggestions based on research results are made for teacher’s reference on the implementation of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development. The questionnaire, Questionnaire of junior high P.E. teachers’ opinions on Teacher Eva luation for Professional Development in Taipei County is utilized in this research as the rese arch tool. The informants are P.E. teachers of public junior high schools in Taipei County. 576 questionnaires are sent out and 553 are collected as valid questionnaires. Averages, standard deviations, T-tests, and one-way ANOVA with independent samples are analyzed, adapting Scheffé’s method so as to make the following conclusions: 1. There is high recognition of the content of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Developm ent among junior high P.E. teachers in Taipei County. 2. The recognition of the supplement to Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development is the highest while the purpose of evaluation is the lowest. 3. The difficulty of implementation of Teacher Evaluation for ProfessionalDevelopment is prominent in “the lack of a fair and objective evaluation system.” 4. The recognition of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development among junior high P.E. teachers in Taipei County shows variations in genders, ages, positions, years of serv ice and whether to participate in valuation. 5. The difficulty in implementation of Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development for junior high P.E. teachers in Taipei County shows variations in genders, ages, positions,yea rs of service, school size and whether to participate in valuation.   The results above are provided for reference to help educational administrations, schools, teachers to conduct further research in the future.
