Abstract

家的意義建構:婚變女性的經驗詮釋 中文摘要 本研究決定以「家的意義建構」為題,理解婚變女性的居家經驗,及這些經驗揭示的後殖民課題。故本研究的目的、研究設計與結論依序如后。 首先,本研究的研究目的主要有二:(一)針對未婚、已婚與婚變這三大生命時期,理解女性的家人關係、性別規範,以及對家持有的心理/文化意義;(二)根據後殖民主義,分析現代化婦運歷程對上述居家經驗的影響,及台灣女性可能陷入的受迫困境。 為達成目的,本研究決定基於詮釋學的方法論,以半結構的深度訪談法,選取符合兩種條件的受訪者:(一)第一個條件是,受訪女性必須具備分居或離婚身份者;(二)第二個條件是,受訪女性將依不同生長年代進行選取,分別為四0年代、五0至六0年代,以及七0至八0年代各四位,共計十二位女性。 本研究的結論共計有三:(一)父子軸型態猶存,但尊尊與親親運作缺乏一致的規範力量。(二)男尊女卑的性別階級決定於縱向關係的連結型態。(三)居家飄零感普遍存在,但已婚女性與年輕女性的感受尤其深刻。據此顯示,當西方女性主義者與在地台灣父權社會爭相論述女性經驗時,台灣女性的居家感受置身飄零狀態,時而掉入父子軸家庭的關係困境,時而在西方女性主義論述裡,以錯置的文化脈絡尋求解決之道。 基於上述結論,本研究一方面針對婦女教育、婚姻教育與家庭教育等實務工作者,建議:脈絡化思維不僅須切入女性的文化場域,還須著重不同文化經驗的混雜現象。另一方面,針對家研究與女性研究兩大學術領域,本研究建議家或女性的社會文化脈絡當展示論者的政治企圖,並嘗試以多元的研究觀點與設計,理解女性流動的生活經驗。
Abstract The meaning-construction of home: Hermeneutics on the experiences of women in separation or divorce Abstract The purpose of this study is to construct the meaning of home, through contemplating the experiences of women in separation or divorce, and through which the post-colonial issues are disclosed. Objectives, designs, conclusions and suggestions are as follows. First, twofold of the objectives are mentioned: one is to understand women’s family relationships, gender norms, and the psychological/cultural meanings towards home, based their single, married, and marriage-dissolved stages; the other is to analyze the impacts of Taiwanese modernization and feminism on the experiences of home, and thus the difficulties women have faced. Second, based on the methodology of hermeneutics, semi-structured interviews are conducted at subjects under two conditions: one is women in separation or divorce, the other is women born in 40s, 50-60s, and 70-80s, each of which has 4 subjects, totalized to 12 subjects Third, this study reaches three conclusions: 1. Taiwan family is still of father-son axis, with different operations of “principle of respecting the superior” and “principle of favoring the intimate” . 2. Domination–subordination between two sexes is determined based on connection types of vertical relationship. 3. The sense of homeless at home is popular in women , especially in married women and young women, which results from the discourse of Western feminisms and Taiwanese patriarchy, de-focusing the life-world of Taiwan women. Finally, the suggestions are twofold as follows: one is for those practitioners in the women, family and marriage education, which suggests the so-called contextualized thinking should emphasize not only the cultural heritage, but the hybridity of different cultural heritages. The other is for the study on home and women, which suggests the political interests from the researcher be disclosed , and the evolving living experiences of women be studied by plural perspectives and designs.
