Abstract
本研究旨在了解國人使用行動支付多元應用現況與使用意願,以提供發展行動支付業者後續相關參考,本研究採用之研究方法為「問卷調查法」,共回收321份問卷,依問卷所搜集之數據進行資料分析,以敘述性統計分析、皮爾遜相關分析、迴歸分析、單因子變異數分析進行比對,分析後的數據資料結果推展結論。
本研究結果顯示,績效預期、努力期望、社會影響對行動支付多元應用使用意願,有顯著影響,不同背景變項中,年齡與教育程度在績效預期上有顯著差異,在努力期望和社會影響則無。最常使用支付業者在績效預期、努力期望、社會影響上對於使用意願有顯著差異,原本最常使用支付業者變項在本研究,僅視為使用行動支付多元應用的一項媒介工具,而資料分析後該變項卻是一個非常重要影響因素,研究結果可作為未來行動支付業者在多元應用上的參考與建議,未來研究方向可探討各支付業者如何運用優勢結合跨領域的合作,開發行動支付多元應用服務,以作為未來發展及營運模式的參考。
The purpose of this study is to understand the status and willingness of people using mobile payment multiple applications, in order to provide result for the development of mobile payment operators to reference. The research method used in this study is"survey method", a total 321 questionnaires were collected. Data was analyzed with methods of narrative statistical analysis, Pearson-related analysis, regression analysis, single-factor variation analysis for comparison in detail. The results of this study indicate that performance expectations, effort expectations, and social impact have a significant impact on the willingness to use multiple mobile payment applications. Among different background variables, age and education have difference in performance expectations, while there is no difference in effort expectations and social impact. The most commonly used payment companies have significant differences in their willingness to use. The most frequently used payment in this study, is originally only regarded as a tool for the using of multiple applications of mobile payment. However, data analysis revealed that this variable is a rather significate factor. The results were inferenced to reach conclusion as reference and recommendations for future mobile payment industry in the multiple application.
