新北市高職商管群輪調式建教合作班學生人格特質及人際關係相關之研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討新北市高職商管群輪調式建教合作班學生人格特質、人際關係。研究者以新北市地區之高職商管群輪調式建教合作班一、二、三年級學生為研究對象,採用抽樣的方式,抽取2所辦理商管群輪調式建教合作班之學校,一共是6個班級,得有效樣本146份。受試者施以人格特質量表、人際關係量表後,所得資料以t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、變異數分析與多變量變異數分析進行假設考驗,研究結果發現如下: 一、人格特質方面 (一)學生人格特質以親和性人格為主。 (二)不同年級的新北市高職商管群輪調式建教合作班學生在人格特質之親和性方面;三年級親和性的特質顯著高於二年級;二年級親和性的特質顯著高於一年級。 二、人際關係方面 (一)學生的人際關係皆為中上程度,但師生關係上,其個別差異性最大。 (二)不同背景變項在人際關係上均無顯著差異。 三、學生在開放性、審慎性、外向性上之人格特質與人際關係與呈正相關。 四、審慎性之人格特質在「同事關係」層面比人格為親和性學生以及神經質學生為佳。 最後,研究者根據研究結果,對學校教育人員、建教合作單位及後續研究者參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and interpersonal relationship, for the Business and Administrator of rotary co-operatives education at vocational high school students The research was carried out by means of using questionnaires, clusters are randomly sampled from 2 vocational high school (2 classes, 146 students). Subjects are evaluated by Inventories of Personality Traits and Interpersonal relationship, The data obtained from the inventories are analyzed by t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, Analysis of variance and one-way ANOVA. The findings are shown as follows: 1. The aspect of personality traits (1) Vocational high school students tend to have an agreeable personality. (2) The third grade students are superior to the second vocational high school students on agreeableness. 2. The aspect of interpersonal relationship (1)Vocational high school students’ sense of interpersonal relationship tended to be above the average. (2) The students with different backgrounds are no significant differences in interpersonal relationship. 3.There were significant positive correlation among conscientiousness, extraversion, openness to experience and interpersonal relationship. 4.Conscientiousness of personality traits in the "relationship between colleagues” level of agreeableness for students and students better than nuroticism personality is. I will present my suggestions in terms of the result of this study to the school, the organization , and future further study.en_US
