Abstract: 我們將預先極化技術以及超導量子干涉元件(Superconducting quantum interference device, SQUID)應用於低磁場核磁共振系統上。重新設計預先極化磁場線圈,使得預極化磁場提高到780高斯,10 ml水量的線寬為0.9 Hz,訊雜比為95。在磁性奈米粒子之磁鬆弛量測方面,固定Fe3O4-Anti CRP濃度下,縱向鬆弛時間T1與橫向鬆弛時間T2隨著溫度上升而變長,固定溫度下,縱向鬆弛時間T1與橫向鬆弛時間T2隨著Fe3O4-Anti CRP濃度增加而變短,最後與未標靶之磁流體做比較,Fe3O4-Anti CRP的1/T1與1/T2皆大於純磁流體的1/T1與1/T2。
