Abstract

本研究旨在探討公務人員使用「公務員資訊學習網」進行學習後,對於科技接受的程度。本研究的目的分別為:(一)探討公務人員不同的個人基本背景,對使用「公務員資訊學習網」在接受模式各變項之差異情形。(二)探討公務人員不同的個人基本背景,在外部變數之差異情形。(三)分析外部變數和「公務員資訊學習網」接受模式各構面的相關情形。(四)分析外部變數對「公務員資訊學習網」接受模式的預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查的方法,研究工具為參考相關文獻所編製之結構性問卷。研究對象為行政院主計處電子處理資料中心「公務員資訊學習網」的使用學員,對曾表示願意協助調查者,隨機抽樣,取樣共計300人。問卷有效回收率達91%。所獲得資料經統計分析,所得結果如下:(一)公務人員科技接受的程度高,尤其在認知易用性上較為明顯。(二)公務人員科技接受的程度,會因年齡、使用網路年資與教育程度等變項有所差異。(三)在外部變數上系統品質與認知易用性有高度相關。(四)外部變數上系統品質對認知易用性的預測力最佳。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual situation of civil servants who use e-learning in learning and their acceptance of technology. There are four goals of the research :(1) to understand the actual situation of the civil servants who use the e-learning, (2) to analyze the different demographic variables among the civil servants, and the differences between the civil on-line institute web-system external variables, (3) to discuss the relations between external variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the civil On-line Institute web- system use will, (4) to analyze the prediction of that how the outside variables affect the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and the will of using the civil e-learning institute system. This study tool employed here is a questionnaire based on the literature review. Participants were 300 civil servants from the ITschool users. The questionnaire response rate was 91%. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The technology acceptance of civil servants is high, especially in the way of perceived ease of use. 2. The factors that would effect the technology acceptance of civil servants are age, the seniority of using internet, education level. 3. The external variables factors that would effect the technology acceptance model, especially in system quality. 4. The factors that would effect the prediction of the technology acceptance model external variables, especially in system quality.
