Abstract

本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教師在職進修動機與教學效能之關係。為達研究目的,本研究以自編之「桃園縣國民中學教師在職進修動機與教學效能」調查問卷為研究工具;研究對象為桃園縣52所公立國民中學主任、組長、導師與專任教師。共發放出682份問卷,回收640份,有效問卷589份,回收率約為93.84%。統計方法採描述統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析,皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行分析。根據上述文獻探討與調查資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 壹、桃園縣國民中學教師在職進修動機的情形良好。 貳、桃園縣國民中學教師教學效能的知覺為中高程度。 參、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對在職進修動機的看法有明顯的不同。 肆、桃園縣國民中學部份不同背景教師對於教學效能的知覺有明顯的不同。 伍、桃園縣國民中學教師「在職進修動機」各層面與「教學效能」各層面具有相當程度的正相關。 陸、桃園縣國民中學教師「在職進修動機」對「教學效能」具有顯著預測力。  根據上述結論,本研究分別針對教育行政機關、國中教育人員及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between teachers’ motivations for in-service education and teaching effectiveness of junior high schools in Taoyuan County.A questionnaire research method was utilized, with a self-designed questionnaire“teachers’ motivations for in-service education and teaching effectiveness of junior high schools in Taoyuan”serving as the main research tool.The subjects in the study were junior high school teachers from 52 schools in Taoyuan County, including department deans, department assistant deans, homeroom teachers and non-homeroom teachers. A total of 682 questionnaires were distributed, 640 questionnaires returned, 589 answered completely, and the return rate was about 93.84%. Multiple approaches, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression, are involved in the analysis. The conclusions of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on motivations for in-service education. 2. The teachers of junior high schools perceived an upper level on teaching effectiveness. 3. Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of motivations for in-service education in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 4. Part of the junior high school teachers’ perception of teaching effectiveness in Taoyuan County had significant difference in terms of demographical variables. 5. There were positive significant correlations among all dimensions of motivations for in-service education and teaching effectiveness. 6. Motivations for in-service education had predicative efficacy for all the dimensions of teaching effectiveness. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions were proposed to educational Authority concerned, teachers of junior high schools, and further researches respectively.
