四、自覺健康狀況、家庭社經地位、乳品攝取自我效能、乳品攝取結果期望、乳品攝取知覺障礙、乳品攝取父母社會支持、乳品攝取同學或朋友社會支持、乳品攝取可獲性及乳品攝取角色楷模等變項，共可解釋研究對象之乳品攝取行為42.2％的變異量（Adj R2 =.422，F=26.463，p<.001），其中以乳品攝取可獲性對乳品攝取行為的影響力最大。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the current dairy foods intake behavior of junior high school students, and to inquire personal background factors, socio-psychological factors and socio-environmental factors in relationship with dairy foods intake behavior. The subjects were the students of the Sha-Lu Junior High School, Taichung County in March 2010. The instrument for the study was a questionnaire, and the valid samples were 386. The findings are as follows: 1.About 11.4% of the subjects consumed more than 1 portion of dairy foods a day.Most of the subjects consumed more than 1 portion of dairy foods 2~3 days every week. 2.Subjects who perceive their health status to be better or be at the higher family’s socio-economic status were more likely to intake dairy foods. 3.Dairy foods intake behavior was positively correlated with self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, perceived barriers, social support of parents, social support of the classmates or friends,availability and role modeling, then negatively correlated with perceived barriers. 4.The variables, including perceived health status, social position, self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, perceived barriers, social support of parents, social support of the classmates or friends, availability and role modeling, can totally explained 42.2％of the variance of subjects’ dairy foods intake behavior.（Adj R=0.422，F=26.463，p<.001）.Among those variables, the availability was the most influential factor.
