Abstract: 摘 要 本論文研究目的為探討速食連鎖餐飲業部份時間工作勞工預防割傷行為及其相關因素。以文山區某速食連鎖餐飲業部份時間工作勞工250人為研究母群體,並參酌專家意見編製結構式問卷進行調查,有效樣本數 210 人,回收率84%。 本研究重要結果如下︰ 一、 研究對象具有良好的預防割傷知識,在預防割傷態度、預防割傷自我效能對預防割傷行為皆達顯著正向程度。 二、 已婚者在預防割傷知識、預防割傷行為優於未婚者;教育程度高者(大學畢業)在預防割傷知識、預防割傷態度和預防割傷行為優於其他教育程度者的;年資高者在預防割傷知識、預防割傷態度、預防割傷行為和預防割傷自我效能優於年資輕者;在預防割傷自我效能方面,內場優於外場。 三、 高的「預防割傷知識」水準、良好的「預防割傷態度」和正確的「預防割傷行為」,可降低受傷與割傷的機率。 四、 「預防割傷知識」、「預防割傷態度」與「預防割傷自我效能」對「預防割傷行為」有預測能力,其中以「預防割傷態度」最佳。 關鍵詞:速食餐飲業、部份時間工作勞工、預防割傷態度、預防割傷行為、預防割傷自我效能
ABSTRACT A research on accidental slash prevention and the associated factors of part-time labors working in fast food chain restaurants - A survey of Wenshen district in Taipei City The purpose of this study is to explore the accidental slash prevention and the associated factors of part-time labors in fast food chain restaurants. This study surveyed 250 part-time labors working in fast food chain restaurants in Wenshan district. The research tool used a structured questionnaire, after both reliability and validity were examined. A total of 210 valid samples were collected. The recovery rate is 84%. The important results of this research are found as follows: 1. The research objects have good slash prevention knowledge. The results show positive correlations between slash prevention attitude, slash prevention self-efficacy and slash prevention behavior. 2. Married employees had higher slash prevention knowledge and behavior than unmarried employees. Employees with higher education level (University graduation) had higher slash prevention knowledge, slash prevention attitude and slash prevention behavior than with other educational background. Employees with longer working experiences had higher slash prevention knowledge, slash prevention attitude, slash prevention behavior and slash prevention self-efficacy than those with less working experiences. Employees working in cooking area are better in slash prevention self-efficacy than working in serving area. 3. Higher slash prevention knowledge, good slash prevention attitude and correct slash prevention behavior can reduce risks of injury from accidental slash. 4. Slash prevention knowledge, slash prevention attitude and slash prevention self-efficacy could predict slash prevention behavior, but slash prevention attitude had the highest predictive power.
