Abstract: 本研究主旨在探討台北市健檢中心護理人員健康促進生活型態及其相關因素,研究工具為自覺健康狀態量表、健康促進生活型態評量表與職場疲勞量表。以台北市兩行政區健檢中心全體護理工作人員為對象,採橫斷式調查法,利用自填式問卷,發出110份取得有效問卷108份,回收率98.1%,其研究結果歸納如下: 一、健檢中心護理人員自覺健康狀況屬中等程度。 二、健檢中心護理人員健康促進生活型態整體情形為中上程度,各分量表得分排序最高為人際支持,其他依序為自我實現、營養、壓力處置、健康責任,最低為運動。 三、健檢中心護理人員職場疲勞整體情形為中低程度,各分量表得分排序最高為職場壓力,其他依序為工作與家庭衝突、心理困擾、疲勞、減效出席,最低為抗逆能力。 四、健檢中心護理人員社會人口學特質之職位在自覺健康狀況及職場疲勞上有顯著差異。 五、健檢中心護理人員年齡、護理年資與健康促進生活型態,達顯著正相關。 六、健檢中心護理人員之職場疲勞與自覺健康狀況及健康促進生活型態呈現顯著負相關。 七、健檢中心護理人員之健康促進生活型態與自覺健康狀況呈現顯著正相關。 八、職場疲勞對健康促進生活型態具有預測力,可解釋21%總變異量。
The purpose of this study was to explore the health promoting lifestyle among health examination center nurse in Taipei city and to analyze the related factors. Research tools include self-perceived health status scale, health promotion lifestyle profile scale and work fatigue scale.The subjects were the health examination center nurse from two district in Taipei city. A cross-sectional design was adopted and a self-designed questionnaire was used. A total number of 110 questionnaires were distributed and 108 vaild questionnaires collected with a response rate of 98.1%. The result of the study were as fallows: 1.The self-perceived health status for health examination center nurse was moderate. 2.The health promotion lifestyle for health examination center nurse was moderate to good, the highest score item was interpersonal support, followed by self-actualization, nutrition, stress management, health responsibility, and exercise. 3. The workplace fatigue for health examination center nurse was moderate to low, the highest score item was workplace stress, followed by work and family conflict, psychological distress, fatigue, presenteeism, and resilience. 4.The demographic variables for health examination center nurse , job title had significant difference on the self-perceived health status and the workplace fatigue . 5. The age and the job seniority for health examination center nurse had a significantly positive correlation with the health-promoting lifestyles. 6. The work fatigue for health examination center nurse had a significantly negative correlation with the self-perceived health status and health promotion lifestyle . 7. The self-perceived health status for health examination center nurse had a significantly positive correlation with the health-promoting lifestyles. 8.The workplace fatigue could explained 21﹪of the total variance of health- promoting lifestyles.
