The Impact of Attitude towards Retirement on Family Climate and School Organization Climate – A Survey of Public Junior High School in Central Taiwan
本研究以方便抽樣方式，36所國中教師為調查對象，共得428份有效問卷。蒐集的問卷，以SPSS for Windows(11.5)統計軟體進行t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與多元迴歸分析進行統計考驗，得到的結果如下：
The study aims to the impact of attitude towards retirement on family climate and school organization climate. The differences among variables mentioned above and the correlation of family climate and school organization climate are also investigated how they explain the attitude towards retirement. The study used the questionnaire survey method. For the purpose to build the structure of the study, the relative literature was investigated and “ family climate, school organization climate, and attitude towards retirement of junior high school teachers questionnaire” was made. The subjects are designated public junior high school teachers (not including substitute teachers) elder than forty years old in central Taiwan (including Miaoli county, Taichung county, Taichung city, Changhua county, and Nantou county). The study used the sampling method and subjects of the survey were junior high school teachers of 36 schools. There were 428 valid samples, and SPSS windows (11.5) was used to analyze the data. T-test,One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product- Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression Models were used, and the results were as follows: 1. Family climate of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan tend to be good, and those who are served as school administrative personnel or class- room management could feel better family climate. 2. School organization climate of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan tend to be good. Those who are elder than 56 years old or served as school administrative personnel or whose family expanse are NT$ 5001 ~10000 could feel better school organization climate. 3. Attitude towards retirement of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan tend to be active. Those who are female, or whose years of teaching are 21-25 years, or whose health situation are bad, or whose family expanse are NT$ 20001 ~30000 take more active attitude towards retirement. 4. Family climate of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan have positive relation with their school organization climate. 5. Family climate of junior high school teachers in central Taiwan have 12.2% explanation for the attitude towards retirement, and their school organization climate have 12.8% explanation for the attitude towards retirement. Therefore when teachers feel better family climate and school organization climate which could explain attitude towards retirement, their attitude towards retirement become less active. It is recommended that the subjects can further include teachers of other areas, different ages, and other public or private schools. The study uses sampling method. The performance will be more representative in future studies by using random sampling. As to the research tools, in addition to the questionnaire, interview can also be conducted to make the result more complete.
