Abstract: 摘要 學習型組織是本世紀,組織發展的重要趨勢,研究者擔任學校教 師會理事長,多年來實際參與教師會工作,體會到教師會經營不易, 遂興起應用學習型組織的觀念及理論來探討學校教師會的發展,一個 組織的成員要能自我學習、自我成長,且要去除妨礙持續創造和學習 的障礙,組織才能跟著成長,而學習型組織正符合時代的需要。 經過對學習型組織與學校教師會組織深入探討與分析後發現: 一、學習型組織結合教師會組織的發展,不論以學校教師會為主,學 習型組織為輔,或以學習型組織為主,學校教師會為輔,都可達 成相輔相成的效果,可讓教師個人養成自動學習及學校教師會能 自我創新與超越,達到教師會組織與個人雙贏的境界。 二、學習型組織運用於學校教師會組織的運作上,首先是教師心智模 式的改善與自我超越的養成,其次是建立團隊學習與共同願景, 最後運用系統思考做整合,使教師會本身及會員教師,雙方相互 激發潛能,而帶動教師會組織的進步與創新。 三、運用學習型組織的五項修練來建構學校教師會,在實務的操作 上,能夠使教師會及教師個人提升其思考能力,把理想化為具體 行動,增進組織與成員的互動,建立組織學習的團隊,一起朝向 共同願景努力,建構學習型教師組織。 關鍵字:學習型組織、教師會組織、五項修練、組織發展
Abstract The Leaning Organization is the main stream for the organization development in 21st century. The researcher holds the chairman of School Teacher’s Organization and has participated in its operation for many years, realizes the organization management is not easy, then emerges using the Leaning Organization's concept and theory to develop the Teachers’ Association. In order to grow step by step, the members of an organization must be able to do the self-study and self-growth, and they must remove the blocks of continual creation and study, and the Leaning Organization is conforming to this need. Here below are the discoveries of the study: 1. Unifying the Learning Organization with the Teacher’s Association, no matter putting which one as the primary, all could achieve the goals, and it lets the teachers take an action to study automatically, and the Teachers’ Association can accomplish its self-innovation then it will achieve the win-win situation. 2. The keys of Leaning Organization are utilized by the Teachers’ Association will improve the teachers’ mental pattern, carry out teachers’ self- excess, establish the team study, and integrate the thinking system. It makes the Teachers’ Association and member teacher to develop the potential capability to reach the innovation of Teachers’ Association. 3. To use Senge’s Five Disciplines in establishing the Teachers’ Association could increase the thinking ability of both Teachers’ Association and member teacher, and it will convert the teachers’ ideals to actions, then it must establish a sound Leaning Teachers’ Association .
