本文主要描述作者為聽損兒選擇人工耳蝸廠牌所經歷的五個階段。在詢問眾多人員的意見以及閱讀相關文獻後，作者提出為聽損兒選擇人工耳蝸廠牌的四點考量因素，文末作者另提供四點建議供有意為聽損兒選擇人工耳蝸的家長參考。
The article described five stages experienced by the author in choosing a brand of cochlear implant for his son, who has a profound hearing impairment. The author proposed four considerations in choosing a cochlear implant brand for his son. Finally, the author tried to provide some guidance for parents on how to choose a cochlear implant for children with hearing impairment.
