Title: 促進大學生成功學習的優質校園研究

Abstract: 近來世界各國對高等教育評鑑,已越來越重視教育過程與成果面向,及更重視學校 對學生教育成果的績效責任,本研究依據理論與相關研究,採取教育過程指標(校園支 持、教學品質、主動學習、合作學習、師生互動及同儕互動)、成果指標與學生對學校 的整體評價,建立大學教育品質模式,並以台灣師範大學教育評鑑與發展研究中心建置 之高等教育資料庫,大三學生資料為對象,運用結構方程模式,探討資料庫中每所學校 之狀況,且依據統計結果與收集相關資料,邀請高等教育學者專家組成研究團隊,共同 選取優質校園,進行參訪,以整合量化與質性資料,建構優質校園之內涵。研究結果期 能提供公私立大學參考,規劃提升教育品質之政策與措施,營造促進學生成功學習的校 園。
The evaluation of quality for higher education in whole world became more and more focusing on the education process, learning outcomes and the performance of college. This research is using the indicators of education process (including supportive campus, academic quality, active learning, cooperative learning, student-faculty interaction and peer relationship), outcomes and satisfaction from students’rating to create a college education quality model and testifying the fitness of model for every college through structure equation model. The sample is collected from the junior students’investigation of higher education data base of Center for Research on Education Evaluation and Development, National Taiwan Normal University. After the data analyses are completed, the research team of higher education professionals will choose the excellent campus on according to some criteria to visit and interview twice. To integrate the quantity and quality data, the content of excellent campus for encouraging student involving and learning successfully will be built. Finally, recommendations of policy, administration and practice will be presented.
