Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討國民中學九年一貫課程實施後,七大學習領域召集人課程領 導的相關問題。本研究擬進行為期三年的研究,所採取的研究方法有問卷調查法、焦點 團體座談、教師個別訪談、文件分析等,以蒐集相關資料俾瞭解國民中學各學習領域召 集人課程領導的角色任務、具體作法、遭遇的困難與問題及其因應策略。 去年本研究已成立研究團隊,除了對國民中學各學習領域召集人的課程領導議題進 行前導研究外,並對國民中學語文學習領域(含國文、英語)、數學學習領域召集人進 行焦點團體座談、深度訪談,以了解語文與數學領域召集人課程領導的問題與對策。因 此,未來本研究將對社會學習領域和自然與生活科技領域召集人課程領導進行研究,了 解他們所遇到的問題和對策,並探究在合科的學習領域中,課程領導人將遇到什麼樣的 情況以及如何加以因應,尋繹其問題癥結,並提出具體作法與解決策略,以供相關單位 及人員參考。
The study is aimed at the seven subject leaders’ curriculum leadership and their related problem after the grade 1-9 coherent curriculum had been carried out in junior high schools. The study adopts focus group interviews, teachers’ interview and document analysis to gather the related data for comprehending that the subject leaders’ role playing and concrete methods. The study team proceeded to the pilot study on subject leaders’ curriculum leadership and related problem; besides, also moved on the focus group interview about the Chinese and English. Therefore; the study will strive for the social science and technology in the future and be aware of their problem and offer the concrete strategies for reference.
