Abstract: 本研究之主要目的在瞭解媒體設計領域的主要創新歷程、產品創新與所需的創新技術能力,與瞭解媒體設計專業領域的技術創新指標,並據以分析出媒體設計領域之技術創造力量表之內涵構念。 為達成前述目的,除透過文獻探討以建立研究之基礎,及構思訪談之題目外,主要採行訪談的方法,以收集當前數位化媒體產業的優秀工作者對於媒體產業所需之技術創造力,提供其看法。經訪談整理記錄後,於媒體設計與創造歷程方面、個人創造力、創造產品、與環境/場域(組織)獲得不同之能力項目。 研究建議為以研究發現為基礎,進一步邀請認知心理學者、研究創造力之學者、技學專家、與傳播和媒體學者,以焦點團體方式,探討研究發現所得的廣泛能力,之後依據所得,設計相關問卷,再進行較大規模之量化研究,以取得較具代表性之資料,進行量表之建構。其次,媒體設計是一個注重團隊開發的專業工作,因此在建構技術創造力量表時,可將個人與團隊的技術創造力分開來研究,所得之結果更具學術與實用價值。
The purpose of this study is trying to develop an inventory of technological creativity of media design field. The result may be used by media industry for recruiting and staffing. Other than the literature review, interviewing technique was employed in the study to collect information from media design professionals. As researchers can not acquire the permission to record the interviewing, the notes taken by research teams will be put together to structure the whole picture for the study. There are different numbers of competence items founded in four categories: the process of media design and creation, individual creativity, product, and environment/field (organization). And there are two suggestions issued by the study.
