Abstract:   包裝紙器中的瓦楞紙箱被廣泛且大量運用於生活之中,伴隨著民生需求的驟增,使得瓦楞紙箱廢棄物的問題成為影響生態環境與資源浪費的因素之一。有別於材料經資源再生製造成新物品的再回收(Recycle)方式,直接再利用(Reuse)是公認處理包裝廢棄物的最佳選擇。而摺紙(Origami)是一個流傳已久的日本工藝技法,其特色是透過摺疊結構使平面材料能達到立體塑造。   因此,本研究從綠色思維出發,結合文獻分析、個案研究與焦點團體訪談作為研究方法。以瓦楞紙箱為設計標的,將兒童紙凳預設為瓦楞紙箱的再利用功能,應用摺紙結構予以功能轉換,並分為四個部份進行設計創作討論: 1. 透過文獻探討分析具普遍意義代表性的摺紙基礎樣式,歸納出五種摺紙基本形:平行摺線、放射摺線、斜角摺線、V形摺線、格形摺線,為摺紙結構的延伸應用建立基礎以及修正改良的依據;2. 觀察剖析商品化摺疊椅凳案例的造形特性和表現形式,從而發展出可行性幾何紙凳模型;3. 遵循本研究歸納出的益智趣味、節能簡約、一紙成形、延伸多變等摺紙四大創意特性,將兒童紙凳與瓦楞紙箱這兩者的摺線結構相互對應、結合,形成瓦楞紙箱內面有摺線結構可供再利用功能轉換及造形變化;4. 最後以焦點團體訪談調查作為評估本研究成果價值的方法。   本研究以瓦楞紙箱的再利用設計體現應用摺紙結構發展出的一物多用,並藉此延長瓦楞紙箱的使用生命週期,降低一次性包裝垃圾的產生,進而達到綠色包裝設計目的與內涵意義。
The corrugated boxes in the packaging are widely used in daily life. With the sudden increase in the demand for people's life, the problem of corrugated box waste has become one of the factors affecting the ecological environment and waste of resources. Unlike recycle, reuse is recognized as the best choice for handling packaging waste. Origami is a long-standing Japanese craft technique. Its feature is that the flat material can be three-dimensional shaped through the folding structure. Therefore, this study is based on green thinking, combined with literature analysis, case studies and focus group interviews as research methods. In this study, the corrugated box is used as the design material, and presets the kids' stools as the recycling function of the corrugated box, and uses the origami structure to convert the function, and is divided into four parts for discussion: 1. Through literature analysis, we would like to analyze the representative origami base. The basic forms of five origami can be used as the basis for the extension of the origami structure and the basis for the improvement : parallel line, radial line, diagonal line, v-shaped line, lattice-shaped line; 2. By observing and analyzing the shape characteristics and expression forms of origami stool cases, I would like to develop feasible geometric origami stool models; 3. Follow the four creative features of the origami which I summarized. They are interesting, energy-saving, integrating molding and changeable. Next, combine the origami structure of the corrugated box and stools. By doing so, corrugated box inner surface will form an origami structure for reuse function transformation and shape changes; 4. Finally, I would like to use the focus group interview survey as a method to evaluate the value of the study. In this study, the reuse design of corrugated boxes reflects the multi-purpose functions and development of the use of origami structures. And thereby extending the life cycle of corrugated boxes, reduce the generation of disposable packaging waste, and then achieve the goal and connotation of the green packaging design.
