Abstract: 傳統的巡邏方式是以紙本簽到,容易有遺失紙本、毀損、造假等等的情況發生,人工比對巡邏資料也相當耗時間;隨著科技進步,RFID電子簽巡逐漸的取代了以紙本簽到的傳統巡邏方式。但其功能仍然有限,巡邏簽到資料需到達定點或是巡邏完成之後才能回傳到後端管理系統,管理的人員並無法即時掌握到巡邏員目前的巡邏進度情況及當前所在位置。近年來漸普及的智慧型手機,結合NFC近場通訊技術及iBeacon低功耗藍牙技術,運用到安全通報與改善巡邏的機制,是本研究的重要探討議題。   本研究旨在運用以iBeacon低功耗藍牙技術及NFC近場通訊技術為基礎,並結合智慧型手機及其GPS定位的功能,發展一套校園巡邏與安全通報系統。此系統提供了各種智慧型服務給在校園巡邏的巡邏員及後端管理人員,包含當巡邏員到達巡邏點時系統主動提醒地點資訊並進行簽到,巡邏的簽到紀錄能即時傳送到後端管理介面,此系統不僅支援GPS室外定位,在iBeacon及NFC的輔助下還可支援室內報位,報位資訊能即時傳送到後端管理介面,讓後端管理人員隨時可掌握追蹤巡邏員目前位置、巡邏路徑及巡邏狀況,以維護巡邏員的人身安全。本系統支援了室內巡邏的功能,讓巡邏員對於室內的情況能更清楚掌握,補足了以往研究都較無支援室內功能的問題。除此之外,若在巡邏過程中遇到緊急事件時,巡邏員可以使用通報系統來回報突發情況。本系統支援離線巡邏,在無網路環境下能暫存巡邏簽到資料於手機中並等到有網路時再自動上傳到後端管理介面。 關鍵字:校園巡邏、安全通報、iBeacon、NFC
The traditional guard patrol systems use sign-in sheets and hand-writing to keep the patrol data. With the advance of technology, RFID sensors were introduced in the new guard patrol systems. But the functions of RFID sensors based guard patrol systems are still limited. With the gradual increase use of smart phones in recent years, the use of smart phones is the new trend for guard patrol systems, which not only can extend the functions of a guard patrol system, but also can reduce cost and improve the management of the campus safety. This study aims to use Bluetooth low-energy technology iBeacon with NFC to provide the sensor functions needed in guard patrol systems. Our design uses smart phones and outdoors/indoors positioning technologies combined with back-end management functions to provide a variety of intelligent services to the campus patrol guard. In addition, if an emergency event occurs while on patrol, the safety reporting system can be used to report the emergency situations. The system also supports offline patrol while Wifi is not available in the patrol path. In other words, in the absence of network environment, the system can temporarily retain the patrol attendance data in the smart phone and wait for data transmission until internet is restored.
