Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北市松山運動中心高齡者顧客運動參與行為與滿意度的影響因素。研究對象為使用臺北市松山運動中心之高齡者,採問卷調查法以便利取樣方式進行研究。於民國101年3月發出200份問卷,回收問卷200份,有效問卷200份。利用信度分析、描述性統計、卡方檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費爾事後考驗等統計方法進行分析後,主要研究結果如下:一、受試者的人口統計分析,以「女性」、「65∼69歲」、「大學(專)」、「已婚,配偶健在」、自評健康情形「很好」、「商」與每月自主運用金錢額度「10,001∼15,000元」居多。二、運動參與行為以「公益時段」、「早上8:00∼中午12:00」、「全白天」、一個月使用「超過20次」、單次使用「1~2小時」與「單獨一人」居多。三、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「婚姻狀況」、「自評健康情形」、「職業」與「每月自主運用金錢額度」的受試者對運動參與行為與顧客滿意度各構面有顯著差異存在。四、不同「票卡種類」、「一天中使用時段」、「一星期使用時段」、「每月使用頻率」、「單次使用時間」以及「運動夥伴」的受試者對顧客滿意度有顯著差異存在。根據研究之結論提出以下建議:一、加強服務人員教育訓練,重視高齡者的個別需求。二、主動以口頭告知高齡者運動中心所提供的服務內容與重要訊息。三、開辦高齡者健康促進課程,提供多元促進健康的管道與方式。四、評估高齡者使用需求,提供滿足其需求之場地設備與服務。五、設計相關促銷方案,讓與高齡者一同前往使用的消費者有優惠。
The purpose of the study was to discuss the factors that would affect seniors exercise participating behaviors and satisfaction at Taipei Song Shan Sports Center. The population of the study was the seniors of Taipei Song Shan Sports Center. 200 questionnaires were distributed, 200 questionnaires were returned and were valid. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, chi-square, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s were applied to data analysis. The research results were: 1. Demographics: most of the respondents were females, between 65~69 years old, graduated from university, married with spouse alive, excellent self-perceived health, their occupations are mostly commercial, with monthly allowance between $10,001~15,000 NTD . 2. Seniors exercise participating behavior: most of the respondents were using “public sessions”, they checked in during 8:00 A.M.~12:00 A.M., “daytime”, over 20 times/per month of usage, 1~2 hours/per usage, and “exercised along”. 3. Among the effect of demographic variables on exercise participating behaviors and satisfaction, there were significant differences among sex, age, education, marriage, self-perceived health, occupation and monthly expanse allowance. 4. Among the effect of seniors participating behavior on satisfaction, there were significant differences among tickets, usage per day, usage per week, frequency, the using time and the type of participation. According to the results, suggestions were as followings: 1. To strengthen service training and emphasize the individual needs of the seniors. 2. To actively inform the seniors of the services and important messages provided by the sport center. 3. To design curriculums promoting health for the seniors and provide them multiple options to stay healthy. 4. To evaluate user needs of the seniors as to provide satisfied space, equipment and service. 5. To design related marketing plans offering preferential discount for ones accompanying the seniors to the center.
