城市形象海報的城市色彩魅力表現

Abstract
色彩是人們對物體或場域的第一印象，先見色彩再識別造型、了解造構成，最後才是文化層面的理解。色彩配色與趨勢無論於視覺設計形式或美學方面，都十分重要。好的設計必同時具備造型美感與色彩計畫。均衡、律動、漸層、強調、支配等為美好配色的原則。本研究彙整國際城市色彩案例，以十二國家地區之城市色彩研究標的，分析二十八個城市色彩的文化脈絡、時代意義與視覺印象，分析其如何以建築呈現國家與城市的文化特色，提取台北城市色彩色譜，予以整理並依配色學原理強化視覺設計作品的色彩計畫與美感表現，以台北世界設計之都為例之城市色彩形象海報進行創作。歸結下列四點：
（一）共感配色成因，主要取決於達到視覺均衡與否，其中以互補色最能刺激視覺補足作用，而產生均衡印象。經分析色彩原理，得知造成共感配色的常同時具有對比與調和之雙重屬性，且在該畫面達視覺均衡整體感。共感配色之構圖，其色彩對比與調和之間達到視覺均衡，因此色彩明度、彩度的調配與畫面的色量比例非常關鍵，欲達整體感又不失視覺焦點，所謂「異中求同， 同中存異」才能生成具美感又耐看之共感配色。
（二）以文獻探討歸納城市色彩規範方法：城市色彩首推文化脈絡，彙整城市色彩的時代意義，進而擷取意義圖像深入分析，得出城市色彩的三大主軸來自建築遠景、中景與近景，最後達成視覺印象呈色之色譜成果。
（三）城市色彩攸關美感認知、美學教育。而教育是提升美感的途徑。欲使建築成為一座城市的重要人文與景觀資產，須從「以人為本，環境關懷」的人本美學教育做起。因此，彙整國際城市色彩範例，執行台北城市色彩色譜，並以台北世界設計之都（World Design Capital，WDC）海報設計為創作成果。
（四）本研究目的即是產出台北適用之城市色彩方法，透過彙整城市色彩的方法、國際發展探究與爬梳台北城市歷史脈絡，得出結合「色彩地理學」理論、PCCS色彩體系於建築色彩取樣等方法，是作為後「建築現代性」鮮明特色的台北所適合的城市色彩的方法論。隨著時間推移，漸發現色彩工程僅是城市印象最表象的外顯「意向」成果，其「文化」奠基造就的「美力」（aesthetic power）才是國家發展的核心價值。
The purpose of the study was to find out the criterion of color and the prototype city color of Taipei. A descriptive survey design was adopted to collect the international city color in 28 countries of the world. The results revealed that international city color was builded up by Jean-Philippe Lenclos. The Image of Taipei city color losses are due to color pollution and the lack of color awareness of citizen in Taipei. The study combined La Geographe de La Couleur, the method of architecture color, the cross analysis by Shigenobu Kobayashi, and the synesthesia color by Yuki Uchida Hiroshi, the survey concluded: city color based on culture. National competitiveness is developed from local culture. Architecture is the main body of life in local culture. The skills of city color capture were discovered to be associated with city planning. The study findings may serve as a guide for further research on city color capture and leadership of city planning.
