本文敘述畫北市立育航幼稚圍,參與畫北市「學前階段幼見優勢才能發展方案試辦計畫」的歷程與省思。團長及全體教師們在專家學者的帶領下,以行動支持為期2年之學前階段幼見優勢才能發展方案試辦計畫,為降低教師及家長們對執行本方案之擔憂,團長透過攏到要成員共識、宣導方案理念、辦理專業進修成長等策略,面對困境,全力以赴以尋求解決策略,全體教職員工及家長共同以行動,支持與推展優勢才能發展方案之試辦計畫。本方案在教授的指導及國小支接教師的跨領域合作下,發掘幼見優勢潛能、研發適性化充實課程,使幼見多元發展的潛能,獲得適性教育機會與服務,並協助其潛能得以充分發揮,自我得以實現,連成人才培育向下紮根之教育理念。
