民生國小資優生與普通生人際關係比較研究

目前台北市有三十六所小學採行回歸主流分散式資源班的教學方式辦理資優教 育。然而,普通班老師及學生對參與資源教室之資優生常帶有負面態度。作者以「輔 導輔助系統」電腦軟體做社交測量以了解資優生在普通班之人際關係。樣本為該校三 ∼六年級所有學生。研究結果顯示:一、資優生比普通生更容易在團體中成為明星地 位。二、資優生與普通班在「受歡迎」、「受爭議」、及「被忽視」中差異達到顯著 水準。三、五、六年級資優生與普通生之間有差異,四年級則無差異。從研究結果中 發現資優生隨著年齡,其人際關係表現愈佳。同時,針對人際關係欠佳之少數個案 (此研究可做為個別化輔導的參考),以了解其問題類型,探求原因,進而擬定輔導 目標及策略,以進行輔導,使其在團體中與人相處和諧、愉快。
