Arieti曾提出科學發現過程中的兩重要特徵:異中求同與運用心像,極類 似分合法與腦力激盪術。本文所介紹的即是Robert Olson融入了此二特點而提 出的「創造思考方法」。 創造思考法強調「力行」,其過程與技術可分下列幾步驟:(1)界定問題的 技術一首先要集中思考焦點,不可偏差,接著即把握要點,擴展重點;(2)開 放心胸、考慮各種可能的解決方法一提示思想、列舉奇想、自由幻想、綜合 妙想等方法;(3)確定最佳構想的技術一統整構想、強化構想、激勵構想等步 驟,將構想修正至最佳;(4)付諸行動一要有堅毅精神,構想要有修改的彈性 ,要跟進,要有行動的計劃,要有不怕失敗的勇氣。文中並舉出許多如何應用各種思考法與技術的例子,詳實易懂。
