本研究我們嘗試用核磁共振原理將均勻分布在水中披覆著生物探針(bioprobe)的奈米磁性粒子與待測生物分子(biotarget),藉由結合後所形成的磁性叢集(magnetic cluster)會使水中氫原子核的橫向鬆弛時間(transverse relaxation time)改變,我們測量磁性叢集之磁共振頻譜訊號推出其線寬、T2與T2*等物理量變化,發展出一種嶄新生物標地物的分析方式。 此外我們利用不同濃度的奈米磁性粒子製作不同的T1樣品,藉此模擬不同組織在我們系統下進行T1權重造影(T1-weighted image)的結果,用以評估將來要對生物組織做核磁共振造影的可行性與改進方向。
