磁流體交流磁化率隨頻率變化之研究

本研究以化學共沉法製備奈米磁性流體,藉由磁力顯微鏡(MFM)觀察其磁流體粒徑大小,並控制變異係數(CV)在10 %左右,而後改變磁流體濃度,探討不同濃度的磁流體在外加磁場下隨頻率變化以及改變磁場強度之關係。此外,利用訊號放大、函數產生器及伏特計,配合螺線管之製作,藉由控制通過線圈之電流,以完成磁流體交流磁化率隨頻率變化架構之製作。 由實驗結果得知,磁流體粒徑越大,磁流體在外加磁場下越不易轉動,相對的,也觀察到50 nm的磁流體,為較佳的磁流體粒徑大小。 頻率較低時,粒子與粒子間的磁性吸引作用,磁矩變化速度可以跟得上外加磁場的變化。當頻率大於1000 Hz時,外加磁場的變化過快,磁矩改變的速度跟不上外加磁場的變化,使得χac急遽下降,當頻率達到10000 Hz高頻時,使得濃度較高的磁流體,量測之磁訊號χac隨著頻率增加而變大。反之,濃度較低的磁流體,量測之磁訊號χac隨著頻率增加而變小。
