    奈米磁性粒子應用於還原型孔雀石綠之檢驗特性探討

    摘要 本研究係利用化學共沉法，合成出具有超順磁特性的奈米磁性粒子。因被介面活性劑包覆著，使奈米磁性粒子可在水溶液中均勻分佈。並進一步將還原型孔雀石綠(LMG)之抗體與奈米磁性粒子結合，形成一具有生物探針(bioprobe)之磁性生物標記(magnetic bio-marker)。最後，再利用本實驗室所研發之混頻交流磁導率(mixing frequency ac magnetic susceptibility)免疫檢測系統，探討檢測還原型孔雀石綠(LMG)之特性。
