階梯式陣列SQUID磁量計製作與特性研究

本論文主要是探討階梯式(Step-edge)直接耦合式直流SQUID磁量計之特性,其中SQUID 是以串聯方式與磁場補捉線圈形成直接耦合而成。磁量計中每個SQUID的線寬皆為3 μm,自感值為70 pH。實驗使用的基板階梯高度為192 nm, 階梯角度為70度,我們以階梯階梯高度與YBCO薄膜厚度比為1:1.2的條件下去製作SQUID磁量計, 順利的在階梯式基板製作陣列SQUID磁量計。 本實驗製作階梯的過程,製作階梯時離子束入射方向蝕刻的角度與基板相對的角度約60度,清除基板上殘留SrTiO3顆粒的蝕刻角度,離子束入射方向與基板的角度能儘可能的平行,以使階梯上緣的角度可以尖銳又陡峭,可以使約瑟芬接面順利產生,離子束入射方向與基板夾角60度蝕刻出來的基板角度是最陡,清除殘留SrTiO3顆粒選擇離子束入射方向與基板的夾角接近平行效果好。
