如何應用區塊鏈科技提升企業競爭優勢之探討-台灣旅遊產業個案研究

Abstract
旅遊業的競爭非常激烈,從傳統旅行社到飯店網站到線上平台,支付從現金到刷卡到電子支付,交通從飛機、汽車、機車,出租還是包車、遊覽車等一直在改變與進步,在消費者旅遊的過程當中,相關旅遊業者仍然扮演很重要與專業的顧問角色,但是這些企業在互相競爭的情況下,除了削減利潤、惡性競爭外,是否還有其他方法可以提升競爭力增加企業本身的價值?本研究將運用當今最新的科技技術”區塊鏈”的特點加入旅遊相關企業,並探討是否能夠提升旅遊業未來的價值增加競爭力,也期望進而了解在使用區塊鏈技術加入企業後同時對消費者的影響。
旅遊業從傳統旅行社到線上旅行社(OTA)在方便性上著時提升了許多,然而在旅遊規劃的前中後,旅客會面臨到許多不同的選擇與困難,例如旅行社好壞,付款方式,個資安全問題,旅遊品質,保險等等,雖然目前在各個過程中都有一些相關的法令與保護機制,但是如何落實卻是困難重重,而近年來區塊鏈技術的發展日益蓬勃,從金融的電子錢包到智慧合約這些以去中心化,分散帳簿,不可竄改的加密等為主要核心的區塊鏈技術應用,也漸漸擴大至旅遊業的相關應用領域,本研究以區塊鏈技術在旅遊觀光產業的主要三個環節,住宿、支付與交通做詳細的分析與探討。
本研究利用企業競爭理論與實證研究後進行多重個案分析、深入訪談並以SWOT分析深入探討後提出我對旅遊旅宿、金融支付及計程車交通產業的策略建議,也期待本研究可以拋磚引玉,讓我們的旅遊觀光產業結合最新科技改善現有的問題,讓業者與遊客都可以獲得最佳的體驗。
The competition in the tourism industry is very fierce. From traditional travel agencies to hotel websites to online platforms, payment from cash to credit card to electronic payment, traffic from airplanes, cars, rentals or chartered cars, tour buses, etc. have been changing and progressing. In the process of tourism, the relevant tourism operators still play a very important and professional advisor, but in the case of competing with each other, in addition to reducing profits and vicious competition, is there any other way to increase competitiveness and improve the enterprise itself? How to increase value? This research will use today's newest technology "blockchain" to join tourism-related enterprises, and explore whether it can enhance the future value of tourism to increase competitiveness, and also hope to understand that after using blockchain technology to join the enterprise, The impact of consumers. Tourism has improved a lot from traditional travel agencies to online travel agencies (OTA) when it comes to convenience. However, before and after tourism planning, passengers will face many different choices and difficulties, such as travel agencies, payment methods, and Security issues, tourism quality, insurance, etc. Although there are some related laws and protection mechanisms in each process, but how to implement them is difficult, in recent years, the development of blockchain technology has become increasingly vigorous, from financial e-wallet to the smart contract, the application of blockchain technology, which is decentralized, public transaction ledger and unchangeable has gradually expanded to the relevant application fields of tourism. This study uses blockchain technology in tourism. The main three links of the industry, accommodation, payment and transportation are analyzed and discussed in detail. This research uses firm competitiveness theory and empirical research to conduct multiple case analysis, in-depth interviews and use SWOT analysis to discuss some strategic advices on tourism, financial payment and taxi transportation industry. I also hope that this research can be used to inspire the tourism and tourism industry combines the latest technology to improve existing problems, so that both the industry and the visitors can get the best experience.
