Abstract
本研究旨在探討不同概念的人境適配度模式與大學生創造行為之間的關係,主要目的有三項:(一)修訂Eugene發展的創造行為量表,進一步瞭解其內容結構。(二)探討不同性別、科系領域的大學生在創造行為、人境適配度上的差異情形,以及不同性別、科系領域與人境適配度對創造行為的交互作用。(三)探討大學生的人境適配度在創造行為上是否同樣具有多元面向的特性。本研究採問卷調查法,以「創造行為量表」、「人境適配度量表」、「生涯興趣量表(大專版)」作為研究工具。並以紙本和網路問卷兩種管道收集國內大二到大四學生資料,共獲得324筆有效樣本(男生168人;女生156人)。所得資料分別以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、Pearson積差相關、典型相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料處理。綜合整個研究結果發現:
一、不同性別大學生的人境適配度未有顯著差異;不同科系領域大學生的人境適配度有顯著差異。
二、不同性別、科系領域的大學生在創造行為部份分量表上有顯著差異。
三、從大學生的人境適配度和創造行為的關係可知,人境適配度在創造行為上具有多元面向的特性;人境適配度與創造行為之間存在典型相關。
The purpose of this study were (a) to modify version of Eugene’s Inventory of Creativity Behavior, and discuss the structure of the inventory; (b) to investigate differences of gender, major field of college students on creativity behavior and person-environment fit(P-E fit), and interaction effects of gender, major field and P-E fit. Final, (c) examining whether P-E fit is multidimensional through the different structure of P-E fit on the creativity behavior of college students. The data for the present study were collected from 324 undergraduate students (except freshman) at universities in Taiwan, which 168 male and 156 female completed the Inventory of Creativity Behavior, Inventory of P-E fit, and Inventory of Career Interest. The applied analysis methods were Descriptive Statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, Canonical Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression. The finding and conclusion of this study were as follows: 1.No gender differences were existed on P-E fit of college students, but major field differences were existed on P-E fit of college students. 2.Gender differences and major field differences were existed on partial scales of the Inventory of Creativity Behavior. 3.P-E fit was multidimensional through the different structure of P-E fit on the creativity behavior of college students; the canonical correlation was existed between the P-E fit and creativity behavior.
