劉紀嘉Liu, Chi-Chia林旻融Lin, Min-Rung2019-09-042016-07-152019-09-042016http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0003702208%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/98322本研究旨在探討高職機械科實施太陽能車車架製作教學來提升實習教學之成效。 研究對象為基隆某高職機械科二年級學生,首先將原常態編班之兩班分為實驗組與控制組進行前測驗,實驗組接受以專題導向學習之教學製作太陽能車車架,控制組則接受一般傳統教學而製作太陽能車車架。研究者根據現行十二年國民基本教育「課程綱要」選編原則與高職「務實致用」教學目標為基礎,編製太陽能車車架製作教學模組及評量工具。 本研究之教學實驗歷經六週,對實驗組實施專題導向學習之太陽能車製作教學後,再以相同之評量工具對兩組學生再進行測驗,獲取後測之成績。 經資料分析後發現,經過教學實驗訓練後的實驗組,在相關太陽能車車架製作之核心課程中:機件原理認知及機械加工實習認知,前測與後測成績將有顯著差異,後測成績明顯比前測成績好,達顯著差異;另外使用一般傳統教學製作太陽能車的控制組,其前測與後測成績並未達到顯著差異。本研究顯示在高職機械科實施以專題導向學習之太陽能車車架教學將有相當之成效。另外,研究對象在教學訓練後規劃參加全國高中職太陽能車競賽。以往至今連續四屆獲得全國冠軍,期待於研究者教學實驗下,研究對象能將「學、用」融合,亦達提升實務能力與團隊競賽之實質收穫與成效。 關鍵字:太陽能車車架、機件原理、機械加工實習、全國高中職太陽能車 競賽、專題導向學習The study aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing solar car chassis making instruction to improve practice teaching in the Machinery Program of Vocational Senior High School. The study subjects are the Grade-2 students in a Machinery Program of Vocational Senior High School in Keelung. The students are firstly divided into experimental group and control group for pre-test. The experimental group takes Project-Based Learning (PBL) instruction to make solar car chassis, while the control group takes conventional instruction to make solar car chassis. The researcher develops the instruction module and appraisal tool for making solar car chassis based on the “course outline” selection principles of 12-year compulsory education and “pragmatic and practical” teaching objective of vocational high schools. The data analysis revealed that the experiment group given the training of teaching experiment displayed significant difference between pretest and post-test scores for core courses of solar-powered vehicle frame, the cognition of mechanical principles and the cognition of machining practice. The post-test score was clearly greater than the pretest one, achieving significant difference. On the other hand, for the control group given traditional instructions for the making of solar-power vehicle frame, both the pretest and post-test scores failed to achieve significant difference. The study implied considerable performance in the teaching of making solar-powered vehicle frame in the department of mechanics of a vocational high school.
