郭金國王鈺婷Wang, Yu-Ting2019-09-042022-07-042019-09-042017http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0004702208%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/98354本研究目的在探討新北市國中技藝教育學程學生之生涯自我效能並探討不同背景變項之技藝教育學程學生之生涯自我效能差異。本研究採調查研究法,以105學年度新北市參加合作式國中技藝教育學程之學生為研究樣本,研究者以修編之「新北市國中技藝教育學程學生生涯自我效能問卷」為研究工具,問卷內容共包括自我評價、問題解決和計畫未來共三個構面。問卷以SPSS 21.0軟體進行描述性統計分析與單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析之推論性統計,歸納以下結論: 一、新北市國中技藝教育學程學生具有高於中等程度之生涯自我效能。 二、技藝教育學程學生整體生涯自我效能程度,「自願參加」的同學生涯自我效能程度高於「同學相約」而參加的同學。「自願參加」的同學在「自我評價」與「問題解決」構面的效能程度高於「同學相約」而參加的同學。進一步比較「自願參加」與「非自願參加」的同學生涯自我效能程度,「自願參加」的同學在整體上以及「自我評價」構面效能程度高於「非自願參加」而參加的同學。 三、技藝教育學程學生生涯自我效能程度,不會因不同性別、不同職群、家庭社經地位之高低、不同升學意見參考來源而有顯著差異。 最後,根據本研究發現與結果,對教育主管機關、學校行政單位、教師、家長及後續研究者,提出具體建議。This study aims to explore the situation of career self-efficacy of technical arts education program students of junior high schools and discuss the differences of that among junior high schools in New Taipei City with diverse backgrounds. The 2016 academic year junior high school students majoring in cooperative technical arts education program in New Taipei City were chosen as participants of this study. The research tool, "Questionnaire on Career self-efficacy of Technical Arts Education Program Students of Junior High Schools in New Taipei City” was developed by the researcher, which includes three dimensions: self-evaluation, problem solving and making plans for the future. . The resulting data were analyzed with the SPSS software in terms of descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffé’s method. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The career self-efficacy of junior high school students majoring in technical arts education program in New Taipei City is found higher than medium level. 2.Students who volunteer to major in technical arts education program have a higher degree of career self-efficacy than those invited by classmates on the entirety and “self-evaluation” and “problem solving” dimensions. Volunteers have a higher degree of career self-efficacy than involuntary on the entirety and “self-evaluation” dimension. 3.The career self-efficacy of technical arts education program students of junior high schools with different sexes, clusters of technical arts education program, family socioeconomic status, consultation sources are found to have no significant difference.
