王錦雀 博士黃伶如Huang Lin-ju2019-08-282010-7-252019-08-282007http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0591071006%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88418摘要 本研究旨在探討台中縣國中學生情緒管理與人際關係之關聯性,主要目在於:一、瞭解國中學生情緒管理與人際關係的現況。二、分析國中學生不同個人背景變項對情緒管理與人際關係的影響程度。三、探討國中學生情緒管理與人際關係之間的關聯性。四、探討國中學生情緒管理對人際關係是否有預測作用。最後,歸納本研究結果,提出結論與建議,以做為台中縣教育行政機關、學校、國中教師國中教師班級經營之參考。 本研究方法以文獻探討及問巻調查為主,以研究者編之「國中學生情緒管理與人際關係量表」為工具,台中縣公私立國中學生為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共取得1368位學生為研究樣本。所得資料以SPSS for WINDOWS 12.0進行描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法以驗證本研究假設。 依據資料分析結果,本研究得到以下結論: 一、台中縣國中學生的情緒管理能力屬於中等程度且具有中上程度的人際關係表現。 二、不同性別、學業成就、家長管教方式、家庭社經地位之國中學生在情緒管理上有顯著差異,而不同出生序及父母婚姻狀況之國中學生在情緒管理上並無顯著差異。 三、不同性別、學業成就、出生序、父母婚姻狀況、家長管教方式、家庭社經地位之國中學生在人際關係上有顯著差異。 四、台中縣國中學生的情緒管理與人際關係具有顯著正相關。 五、台中縣國中學生之情緒管理能力能有效預測其人際關係。其中以「情緒表達」對人際關係各分層面及整體層面的預測力最強。 最後根據研究結果,本研究對台中縣教育行政機關、學校、國中教師及未來研究提出建議。Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships in Taichung County.There are four main purposes in this study: (1) to understand the current situation of junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships. (2) to compare the differences of emotional management components and interpersonal relationships components between deferent personal backgrounds. (3) to analyze the relationships between junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships. (4) to explore the forecasting ability of junior high school students’ emotional management on interpersonal relationships. Last, conclude the researsh results and propose some suggestions for improving junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships. In order to achieve the purposes,the researcher of the study applied literature review and questionnaires survey.The survey tool was “Junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships questionnaire”, designed by the researcher. The 1368 students were randomly stratified sampled from junior high schools in Taichung County. The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression by SPSS for Windows 12.0 Edition. The findings of this study are in the following : 1.In current situation, the degree of junior high school students’ emotional management is middle, and the degree of junior high school students’interpersonal relationships is above the average. 2.Gender, study achievement, the way of parents’ teaching, and family social- economic status had the significant effects on junior high school students’ emotional management. 3. Gender, study achievement, the way of parents’ teaching, ,the order of birth, parents’ marital status, and family social- economic status had the significant effects on junior high school students’ interpersonal relationships. 4.There were positive correlations between junior high school students’ emotional management and interpersonal relationships. 5.The junior high school students’ emotional management could predict interpersonal relationships efficiently. Finally, according to the findings, the research propose several suggestions for the educational administration authorities, school, teacher, and further study.國中學生情緒管理人際關係國中學生情緒管理與人際關係之研究---以台中縣為例
