陳秀蓉博士彭雁群Pang Yan Chyun2019-08-282010-1-202019-08-282010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0694010530%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/90931本研究旨在探討已婚者之關係自我決定、犧牲知覺與婚姻滿意度及個人幸福感之間的關連性、預測力與中介效果。本研究採用問卷調查方式，並以便利性抽樣，總計回收439份有效問卷。根據問卷調查所得資料進行統計分析，分析方法為單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步迴歸分析和中介迴歸分析。本研究主要發現如下： 一、「關係自我決定」分別與「婚姻滿意度」和「個人幸福感」呈顯著正相關，與「犧牲知覺」之間則是有顯著負相關。「犧牲知覺」與「婚姻滿意度」和「個人幸福感」之間則有顯著負相關。 二、已婚者「關係自我決定」對「婚姻滿意度」和「個人幸福感」具有顯著正向預測。 三、已婚者「犧牲知覺」對「婚姻滿意度」的預測力顯得薄弱，但是對「個人幸福感」則有顯著的負向預測。 四、已婚者「犧牲頻率」對「婚姻滿意度」和「個人幸福感」的預測力未達顯著水準。 五、已婚者「關係自我決定」對「犧牲知覺」具有顯著的負向預測。 六、已婚女性「犧牲知覺」在「關係自我決定」與「婚姻滿意度」之間的中介效果部份成立。 七、已婚者「犧牲知覺」在「關係自我決定」與「個人幸福感」之間的中介效果部份成立。 　　本研究最後依據上述研究結果，針對婚姻教育與諮商實務工作提出具體建議以供參考。The present study was to understand the relationship among self-determination, perceived sacrifice harmfulness, marital satisfaction and individual well-being. The research is based on a collection of questionnaires distributed to a sample of 439 married people from a population of married people in Taiwan. A method of accidental sampling is adopted. All the collected data are respectively analyzed by frequency distribution, one-way ANOVA, simple correlation, and regression analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1.Self-determination were positively related to marital satisfaction and individual well-being; and greater perceived sacrifice harmfulness was associated with lower self-determination, poorer marital satisfaction and individual well-being. 2.Married people’s self-determination can significantly predict marital satisfaction and individual well-being. 3.Perceived sacrifice harmfulness can significantly predict married people’s individual well-being, and marital satisfaction for married female, but not married male. 4.The frequency of sacrifice can not predict marital satisfaction and individual well-being. 5.Married people’s self-determination can significantly predict perceived sacrifice harmfulness. 6.Perceived sacrifice harmfulness has partial intermediary effect between self-determination and marital satisfaction. 7.Perceived sacrifice harmfulness has partial intermediary effect between self-determination and individual well-being.
