曾永清陳昭宇Chao-yu Chen2019-08-282011-7-72019-08-282010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0596071111%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88466 本研究旨在瞭解目前國民中學教師角色衝突感受及國民中學教師工作壓力之現況,並探討教師角色衝突與教師工作壓力之關係。主要採問卷調查方式實施,以台北市國中教師為對象,根據文獻探討及相關實證之研究結果設計問卷,並進行問卷調查,最後將調查結果加以統計分析與討論。 本研究結果發現如下幾點: 一、 台北市國民中學教師角色衝突感現況屬於中等偏低程度,在「角色過度負荷」層面衝突感最高。 二、 台北市國民中學教師工作壓力現況屬中等程度,在「變革適應」層面工作壓力最高。 三、 國民中學教師角色衝突感依其背景變項不同之差異性分析上,「學校規模」變項在教師角色衝突整體有顯著差異存在。 四、 國民中學教師工作壓力依其背景變項不同之差異性分析上,「教師職務」、「學校規模」變項上在教師工作壓力整體有顯著差異存在。 五、 國中教師角色衝突與教師工作壓力之間呈正相關,兩者相關程度達r =.80。教師角色衝突感愈高,教師工作壓力也愈高。 六、 根據迴歸分析得知國中教師角色衝突感對教師工作壓力具有足夠的解釋力,檢定結果均達顯著水準,國中教師角色衝突感整體可解釋教師工作壓力總變異量的69.4%,其中以「角色內衝突」、「角色間衝突」、「角色過度負荷」較具解釋力。 This study aims to find out the extent of the junior high school teachers’ role conflict , the extent of the junior high school teachers’job stress and the relation between them. The study is conducted with questionnaires designed based on literature review and related empirical studies. The questionnaires were distributed to the junior high school teachers in Taipei City. Then the collected data were analyzedand discussed. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The role conflict of junior high school teachers in Taipei City is at medium to low level with the highest conflict sensed in “ role overload” 2. The junior high school teachers in Taipei City show medium-level sense of job stress with the highest sense of job stress in “reform adaptation.” 3. The variance analysis of teachers’ role conflict shows that variable such as “size of school” has significant differences in teachers’ role conflict. 4. The variance analysis of teachers’job stress shows that variables such as “teachers’ post”, “size of school” have significant differences in teachers’ job stress. 5. There is a positive correlation up to r =.80 between teachers’ role conflict and teachers’ job stress, which means the higher the teachers’ role conflict is, the higher the teachers’ job stress is, and vice versa. 6. Simultaneous multiple regression indicates that teachers’ role conflict has ample explanation to teachers’ job stress .All the aspects of teachers’ role conflict account entirely for 69.4% of variance, and among them, “inter-role conflict”, “inner-role conflict”, and “role overload” have the greatest influence.教師角色衝突教師工作壓力Teachers’ role conflictTeachers’ job stress台北市國民中學教師角衝突與工作壓力之相關研究
