This research uses literature review and interviews to collect data. Furthermore, this research analyses juancun institutional innovation and business model innovation, in order to propose a blueprint of the Heart Village’s redevelopment, one which is closer to juancun culture. This research finds that juancun culture professionals will play crucial roles as institutional entrepreneurs in the heritage managing phase of these villages in the future. This research suggests that the Heart Village is suitable for offering reminiscence therapy and long-term care for the baby boomer generation of waishengren. It also suggests to build an area of juancun lifestyle ideal community (where to create happy, alive, and touched experience), and to develop charitable trust system across the public and private sector for an eco-museum in Beitou. This compounded creative LOHAS village may attract cross-regional cultural tourism. A Research on the Innovative Strategy of Cultural Heritage Preservation for the Military Dependents’ Village: A Case Study of the Taipei Heart Village學術論文
