謝吉隆Ji-Long Hsieh謝佑欣Yu-Hsin Hsieh2019-08-282015-2-242019-08-282015http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN060115016E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/89189網路資訊繁雜的時代,懶人包成為人們日常生活中取得資料、資訊的形式之一,而在懶人包充斥的情況下,人們開始對懶人包質量、正確性、立場等產生質疑。因此,本研究主要以數位內容策展觀點,從研究者歸納之懶人包製作五大流程-主題企劃、資料蒐集與選擇、資訊編排與呈現、分享與發佈及觀看者與後續發展的架構中,探討社會議題懶人包製作者製作懶人包之做法與想法,同時,觀察製作者與懶人包相關之知識背景、技能背景、製作經驗,並依照不同製作者學科知識背景以及不同製作者專業/專職身份之條件,歸納製作差異。 本研究以立意取樣符合數位內容策展概念之社會議題懶人包,使用半結構式訪談,對10位懶人包製作者之訪談內容進行編碼分析。研究發現顯示,懶人包製作可依照五大流程架構,歸納製作要點;而擁有與製作懶人包相關知識背景、技能背景與製作經驗,均有助於製作懶人包。值得注意的是,懶人包製作者會因學科知識背景的不同,而受到所學課程、學習環境影響,其會擁有相關領域的先備知識,也會因專業/專職身份不同而受到工作需求、工作環境影響,其會擁有較豐富的製作經驗或相關資源,因此造成懶人包主題選擇、立場展現、資料蒐集管道、編排方式、發佈技巧、經營態度等的製作差異。 綜合以上研究發現,相較於過去懶人包研究僅對於製作流程中的注意事項進行探討,製作者製作懶人包時有各種不同的製作方法;且過去研究無針對製作者條件進行分析。本研究提供了一個懶人包的製作流程架構,供懶人包製作者參考,製作者並可針對學科背景、專業/專職身份製作差異作出應對。此外,亦能作為懶人包相關研究參考依據。When the online information is diverse and complicated, aggregated information become one of the ways to access to data and information. Flooded with aggregated information, people turn to question its quality and accuracy. Therefore, the study explores aggregated information makers’ motivation, disciplinary background, skills of producing multimedia, and daily Internet uses. Besides, under the perspective of digital content curation, the study explores the procedure of creating aggregated information in terms of five major steps including 1) planning subject, 2) collecting and filtering data, 3) editing and presenting information, 4) sharing and publishing, 5) spectators and later development. Based on interviewing 10 makers, the background knowledge, techniques, and experiences of creation all help the creation of aggregated information; due to disciplinary background, themakers have prior knowledge about relevant territory from courses and academic environment; due to differences in profession/occupation, the makers have copious making experiences or relevant resources from work requirements and work environment. Therefore, the makers may plan different subjects, and have different standpoints showing, data collecting channels, editing ways, publishing skills, management positions, etc. Accordingly, while previous studies on aggregated information focus only on the notes of creating procedures without analyzing the makers’ conditions even though the makers creating aggregated information in a variety of ways, this study provides a structure of aggregated information creating procedures for the reference of the makers of aggregated information. The makers can thus correspond to the differences in disciplinary background and profession/occupation.
