林孟真楊萬賀2019-08-292004-1-82019-08-292004http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22N2004000041%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92538本研究旨在從學習型組織理論角度探討台北市高中教學資源中心e化現況,並根據問卷調查了解台北市高中教師對e化教學資源中心的問題與需求,及台北市教學資源中心e化教學應有的作法,再根據問卷調查結果,提出結論並供教育界參考。 本研究以台北市25所公立高中教職員為調查對象,採用問卷調查法,以研究者自編之「台北市高中e化教學資源中心整合發展需求調查問卷」進行調查,並利用SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,所應用的統計方法包括次數分配、百分比、卡方考驗、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等。 根據文獻探討及問卷調查,獲致下列結論: 一、現階段高中教學資源中心在e化程度上大部分的學校雖均具備網際網路功能,但多限於校內環境使用,在教學平台的發展及線上資料庫的利用則顯不足。 二、高中教育人員在學習型組織理論的理解中對e化學習網之需求情形,男性教師比女性教師較能改變思考模式,並較能掌握學校治校理念。一般年長教師也能理解到教學資源中心整合發展後更能促進整體教育效能,實現終身學習的指標。 三、e化教學資源中心之整合發展功能方面,對教師而言,主要服務項目為「告知何處取得教學資源」。對學生而言,則在培養學生自學能力,提升學習效果。 四、影響e化教學資源中心整合發展需求的因素中,專業能力為重要的影響因素,而在發展的有力條件上,則以校長支持最為重要。 五、e化教學資源中心整合發展方向上,在關鍵能力的培養上首重「資訊能力」。各校需成立教學媒體製作小組,鼓勵教師落實資訊融入學科教學,以利教學效益之提升。 六、在e化教學資源中心系統整合需求方面,各校在e-Learning上雖已具共識,卻遲遲未見其成形。而最令人憂心的是對「系統的好壞、適用性、可靠性、效益性、發展性」不能作明確的選擇,而浪費公帑。 七、教學資源中心的工作者應隨時掌握資訊並隨課程需求推出吸引師生之教學資源。網際網路系統、資料數位化系統、IOD和VOD系統都應予整合,以方便師生們使用。 八、在e化終身學習機制的建立上,教師們認為知識的終身學習、關鍵能力與溝通能力的培養,與其系統的建置等均認為相當重要,而協助終身學習的方式除透過專家指導、網際網路連線與經費支援外,教學資源中心的經營專業化予否,亦為不可忽略的關鍵點。 根據上述結論,本研究提出下列具體建議: 一、 對教育行政機關之建議 1. 圖書館應名符其實改為教學資源中心 2. 教學資源中心主任遴聘應符合法令規定 3. 建立迎合時代脈絡的e化學習型學校 4. 慎選能推動學習型機制及e化教學情境之校長 5. 提昇老師利用e化教學網之能力,實現終身學習指標 二、 對學校之建議 1. 建構整合型的e化圖書資訊情境 2. 整合教學視聽媒體,支援教師e化教學資源 3. 建置數位化教學資源網站與線上資料庫 4. 結合民間終身學習資源,建構終身學習網絡 5. 塑造學校的共同願景: (1) 營建終身學習、傳承經驗的學習社會 (2) 營建創新學習、挑戰未來的學習情境 (3) 營建整合知識、開展智慧的學習園地 三、 對館員之建議 1.增進資訊素養 2.改善服務態度 3.加強臨機應變能力及使命感 4.增強學習型組織之教育理念 四、 對培訓機構之建議 1. 訂定良好培訓制度 2. 安排人性化的課程 3. 講求優質服務的行政 4. 課程的銜接系統化與實用化The purpose of the research is to probe into the current condition about e-turning of teaching resource centers in senior high schools in Taipei City. The inquiry is based on learning organization theories. The research also aims to understand not only the problem and needs about the teaching resource center, which senior high school teachers in Taipei City have, but also the e-teaching methods that they should have. Again according to the questionnaire result, the researcher puts forward the conclusion and offers some proposals as the references for educational circles. The staffs in twenty-five senior high schools in Taipei City are the people who are inquired in the research. A questionnaire is used to survey the staffs’ attitudes. It is carried with “Inquiry Questionnaire about The Necessities of Integration and Development of E-teaching Resource Centers in Senior High Schools in Taipei City ”made by the researcher. The SPSS statistics software packed is used to analyze the data. The statistic method includes frequency distribution, percentage, Chi-square, T-test, One Way Analysis of Variance. The following are the conclusions according to the cultural heritage and the questionnaires: (1) In the degree of e-turning at the present stage, most senior high school have the internet function, but it is limited to the inside-school usage. As to the exploitation of on-line database, it shows the shortage. (2) Compared to the female teachers, the male teachers are more able to change their considering about the requirement of e-learning Internet through understanding the requirement learning organization theories. They can also know the school management better. The older teachers can also realize that teaching resource center will promote the effect of whole education and make the goal of life-long learning come true. (3) In the aspect of the integration and development of the e-turning teaching resource centers, the main service item is “tell where to obtain the teaching resource” to the teachers, but “develop the self-educated ability and promote the learning effect” to the students. (4) The professional ability is one of the important factors about the integration and development of e-turning teaching resource centers. The principal’s support is then the most important and strongest condition. (5) In the aspect of the integration and development of the e-turning teaching center, the development of key abilities is more important than “information ability”. Each school needs to establish the manufacture group of the instructional median to encourage the teachers carry out merging the information into teaching. And then, teaching efficacy will increase. (6) In the aspects of the system integration and requirement about e-turning teaching resource center, each school have already had the same views and opinions, but haven’t made it come true. Not making the good choice and wasting public money are the most worrying. (7) The workers in the teaching resource center should know the information well and arrange the curriculums that are attracting to the teachers and students. The Internet system, the data digitized system, IOD and the system of VOD should also be integrated so that they can be easily used by the teachers and the students. (8) Talking about the establishment and the structure of e life-long learning, the teachers think that not only life-long learning and key abilities, but also the development of communication abilities and the establishment of the systems are quite important. How to help life-long learning? In addition to the exports’ leading, Internet on-line and the funds, whether the management of teaching resource center is specialized can’t be neglected. According to the above conclusion, the following suggestions are put forward in the research: 1. Suggestion for the education administration organization (1) The library should change and become the true teaching resource center. (2) The hiring of the teaching resource center director should meet ordinance provision. (3) Establish e-learning schools that tally with the trend of times. (4) Select a principal who can promote e-learning structure and e-teaching situation. (5) Enhance teachers’ abilities to utilize e-turning teaching network and accomplish the target of life learning. 2. Suggestions for schools (1) Construct an integrated e-turning environment of books and information. (2) Integrate audio-visual teaching media and support the teachers with e-turning teaching resources. (3) Build the digital teaching resource website and on-line databases. (4) Combine the learning resource from the common people and build a life-learning network. (5) Form the common aims of school. (a) Construct a learning society of life learning and carrying on experiences. (b) Construct a learning situation of creative learning and struggling for the future. (c) Construct a learning garden of integrating knowledge and developing wisdom. 3. Suggestions for the staffs (1) Promote the information attainment. (2) Improve the service attitude. (3) Enhance the sense of duty. (4) Develop the abilities of meeting emergency. (5) Strengthen the educational concept of learning organization. 4. Suggestions for the training organization (1) Establish the good training system. (2) Arrange the curriculums that are in keeping humanity. (3) Stress the administration of the superior service.
