In order to overcome the biggest black swan in the world, this research conducted a questionnaire interview. The interviewees included the branch manager and two managers. According to the interview content, this study provides suggestions for improving the operation strategy of the hand-cranked beverage industry. The results of the research and analysis show that the hand-cooked beverage industry is most concerned about business management, branch planning and manpower allocation, and the high turnover rate is the most important thing for the hand-cooked beverage industry to deal with.
