First of all, I give a briefly introduction of the César Franck’s developmental track of music. Following, I explore Franck’s style of creation by leverage musical form, melody, harmony, rhythm and organ. In the third chapter, I discuss the music structure and unique creative approach of the《Prélude, Choral et Fugue》.Then, I try to elaborate on the view point when performing the music by the author. Finally, I make a conclusion and summarize this thesis. 《Prélude, Choral et Fugue》is one of the important piano works of Frank.
