王華沛劉清安LAU CHING ON2019-08-282015-9-252019-08-282013http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0598091318%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/91750本研究皆在瞭解新竹市國民中學行動不便學生使用校園無障礙環境設施現況情形、需求程度與滿意度。研究對象為新竹市公立國民中學行動不便學生、家長及導師各26人。研究採學生問卷訪談及家長、導師問卷調查方式進行,其研究結果如下: 1.新竹市國中行動不便學生使用校園無障礙環境的現況,整體的使用率僅達五成,使用頻率最高的四項為「室內出入口」、「室內通道走廊」、「室外通路」及「樓梯」。 2.新竹市國中行動不便學生使用校園無障礙環境的情形,整體的滿意度約達七成,滿意度最高的前四項為「室外通路」、「室內出入口」、「室內通道走廊」及「無障礙電梯」。 3.新竹市國中家長對於行動不便子女使用校園無障礙環境的滿意度 與學生的意見相符,整體的滿意度約達七成,滿意度最高的前四項同為「室外通路」、「室內出入口」、「室內通道走廊」及「無障礙電梯」。 4.新竹市國中導師對於行動不便學生使用校園無障礙環境的滿意度整體僅達五成,滿意度最高的前四項為「室內出入口」、「室外通路」、「無障礙電梯」及「無障礙廁所」,與學生的意見略有差異,但滿意度最低之三項,與學生相符。 5.新竹市國中行動不便學生、家長及導師均認為滿意度最低、最需要改善的是「樓梯」,其次為「輪椅觀眾席位」及「無障礙停車空間」。 根據研究結果,研究者提出相關建議供教育主管機關、學校行政單位及未來研究的參考。 關鍵詞:行動不便學生、校園無障礙環境、滿意度、使用頻率、需求程度The purpose of this study was to understand the perspective of Hsinchu City junior high students with disabilities using the campus barrier-free environment current situation scenario, the usage frequency, level of demand and satisfaction. The subjects were Hsinchu public junior high school students with disabilities, their parents and tutors of 26 people. Questionnaires and interviews were used by students. Questionnaires were used by Parents and tutors. The findings were as follows: 1.Students with disabilities in Hsinchu junior high school using the campus barrier-free environment with the current situation in the overall use rate was only 50%. The four most frequently used as "Gateway indoors", "Interior access corridors", "Outdoor access" and "Staircases " . 2.Students with disabilities in Hsinchu junior high school using the campus barrier-free environment situation in the overall satisfaction was about almost 70%. The highest satisfaction former with the first four were "Outdoor access", "Indoor entrance", "Interior access corridor" and "Accessibility elevator". 3.Parents in Hsinchu junior high school for children with disabilities using the campus barrier-free environmental satisfaction consistent with the views of students.The overall satisfaction was about almost 70%. The highest satisfaction with the first four were "Outdoor access", "Indoor entrance", "Interior access corridor" and "Accessibility elevator". 4.Tutors in Hsinchu junior high school accessibility for students with disabilities using the campus barrier-free environmental overall satisfaction were only up to 50%. The highest satisfaction for the first four were "Indoor entrance", "Outdoor access", "Accessibility elevator" and "Accessible toilet". Opinions and views of students differ slightly. 5.Students with disabilities, parents and tutors in Hsinchu City Junior High school have to consider the lowest satisfaction, the most in need of improvement were the "Staircases", followed by "Wheelchair seating capacity" and "Barrier-free parking space." Based on the findings, the researchers make recommendations for education authorities, schools and reference for future studies.
