林安邦陳俐伶2019-08-282015-7-212019-08-282010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0594071111%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/88448隨著台灣的經濟發展,教育普及,資訊流通的速度實在不可同日而語,再加上科技產品推波助瀾的效果,往往輕而易舉就能取得他人的作品。民眾可以快速地參考、使用他人的著作,但相較之下對著作權的觀念就顯得薄弱。而學生違反著作權法的情況也屢見不鮮。研究者身為國民中學教師,有感於國中教育對青少年深遠的影響,希望在此一階段即建立起正確的價值觀念與法治態度。因此想藉由此一研究來瞭解國民中學學生對著作權認知與態度的現況,檢驗著作權教育的實施成效,以便將來作為教育政策之參考。 本研究主要目的在探討新竹市國民中學學生對著作權的認知與態度為何,為達到研究目的,首先針對著作權基本概念、合理使用範圍之探討及網路著作權等等相關文獻加以整理分析,作為建構本研究之理論基礎。再者,研究者使用改編之「國民中學學生對著作權認知與態度之研究調查問卷」作為研究工具,針對性別、年級、上網時間、家庭社經地位、就讀區域、社會教科書使用版本等六個不同變項進行研究。本論文研究對象以分層比例抽樣方法,抽取新竹市4間公立學校國中學生共360人,調查研究以SPSS18.0進行描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析與迴歸分析等統計方法。 研究重要發現如下: 一、新竹市國民中學學生對整體著作權認知有較高的理解程度,尤其對「著作權相關概念」的認知最高。 二、新竹市國民中學學生在性別、年級的變項上,呈現出其在著作權認知的量表上有顯著差異。 三、新竹市國民中學學生對整體著作權態度有較高的正向認同,尤其對「網路著作權」的認同最高。 四、新竹市國民中學學生在性別、上網時間、家庭社經地位以及教科書使用版本的變項上,呈現出其在著作權態度的量表上有顯著差異。 五、新竹市國民中學學生著作權的認知與態度間呈現正相關之共變關係。 最後根據研究結果,提出結論及具體建議,作為相關單位之參考。 關鍵詞:國民中學學生、著作權、認知、態度As Taiwan's economic development and universal education, it cannot compare the speed of the flow of information. The effect of technology products often can be made easy work of others. People can quickly reference to using other people's work, and the idea of copyright becomes weak. The students violates the copyright laws have become ordinary. As a junior high school teacher and researcher, realizing the far-reaching impact of education on young people, hoping that at this stage to establish the correct values and the rule of law attitude. With the results of this study, hoping to understand the status of junior high school students’ knowledge and attitudes of copyright, Therefore, the aim of this study is to understand the cognition and attitude of junior high school students regard to the copyright; furthermore, to discuss the relationship between these two behaviors. Questionnaire study was adopted to investigate. Six directions were discussed in this study- gender, grade, time of surfing the internet, family’s socio-economic status, studinging area and textbook of social studies. Level proportional sampling method was used in this study. Original samples are 360 studentss from4 public junior high schools in Hsinchu City. The effective samples are 350. The SPSS v. 18.0 for windows was utilized to precede state statistics, independent T-test, single factor ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Analysis and Stepwise multiple regression. The important results of this study are listed as follows: 1. The studentss have higher understanding level of copyright cognition, especially about “the concept of copyright.” 2. There are significant differences on the Scale of Copyright Cognition in the directions of gender and grade. 3. The students have higher positive agreement of the attitude to copyright, especially to “the internet copyright.” 4. There are significant differences on the Scale of Attitude to Copyright in the directions of gender, time of surfing the internet, family’s socio-economic status and textbook of social studies. 5. The relationship between the cognition and attitude of Hsinchu City to the copyright presents positive correlation.
